When I requested a time to be scheduled in sent an email that I was not yet scheduled. I put that my cell phone was the preferred method, but never received any final confirmation via text... Also, when I left Midas after the service was complete, I didn't get a sticker in the corner of my windshield stating the date and mileage.

I think that I got a good quality, premium oil change. Midas is always consistent with services and repairs. I think there mechanic's and counter people are well experienced and know what to do.

I have used this Midas location for all of my cars since 2008. I have worked directly with Chris since 2010. He explains in detail what the Mechanics need to do and what it will cost. No surprises. I always recommend Midas (specifically 46th and Memorial) location. I trust Chris and the staff.

The associates at this location exceeds all expectations of customer service. Chris is very knowledgeable and explains the problems with your vehicle in terms that is understandable. I believe this is a honest location that the customers do come first.

brought auto in for oil change and low tire service as noted on auto information. Car in otherwise very operational with no other notification left with bad battery, low tire,and check engine light on dashboard notification which was highly noticeable to the servicing personnel and should have been rectified as all this happened while in their service. Nothing was wrong with engine or battery when I brought the car in for the oil change and tire inflation service. Was told that service personnel had to jump start auto twice and again when I picked up the car before closing time and they were closed by the time I got turned about to question them about the problems.

Have used this facility for automobile service many times over a long period of time; have always been given straight-up explanations and pricing and have never had a return for any service performed; very satisfied customer.

Ever since I got my car (2020) I have only taken it to Midas to be serviced. It is a Subaru and we have a Subaru location here but I take it to Midas because they have always done great work and are quite friendly. The Manager Chris is one I’ve had many experiences with and he is always so easy to work with and have a conversation with.

We have been going to Midas for over 30 years, and have found them to be open, not pushy, extremely helpful, and service is always top notch at this location. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Scheduling was mishandled twice

It took them five minutes to install my battery disconnect switch and they charged me $50! Ridiculous! Had to go next door to O'Reilly auto parts, literally next door to buy my own part. 🙄

Easy to make an appointment, they found the problem right away, I had clicking noise coming from under the car and vibrations and they fixed it all with changing the U joints. They even showed me the broken part

We have been taking our vehicles to Midas for a few years and have always had great service.

I booked an appointment online and received an email that an associate would contact me to confirm. They did not contact me. I called in the next morning to the store and was told they forgot to contact me. Also, I was not informed of the price increase for my synthetic oil change.

Scheduled an appointment online only to show up and they were not ready. Didn?t have the filter for my truck. Said it would be a couple hours that they had to get the filter. Wanted to charge me $119 for an oil change. Needless to say I left disappointed.

This place is great. I take our vehicles here for oil changes so when I had power problems I took my truck in for Chris to check it out. He and the other techs checked it and had it ready to go in a short time. While working on it they also found a connect

I called them on Tuesday to get an estimate on oil change and brake check. I was told that the oil change on my truck would be $49 and the brake check would be free. I scheduled for 10am the following day. When I went to drop off my truck the oil change

They made me leave overnight car until insurance came and tell if it was a covered service or not. Had taken it to them earlier for same problem. They just filled it wurh freon and said if it quit again they wouldnt charge again. Well of course they forgot and tried to charge me again. They should have checked the compressor the first time.
