Vehicle inspection was done free of charge and recommendations made. Oil change was done with a filter change and upon driving I felt a difference positively
The repair time was faster than I thought would be. It is cheaper from other places to repair. They explained what parts were going to wrong.
Even though the job took longer than I expected, I was kept informed that the reason for the delay was they had to located the proper filter. I was shown my filters do that I could see why they needed to be replaced.

Horrible experience. Horrible atmosphere. I work in a shop your shop is nasty. Management saying where the customers can hear negative things is disgusting. This place needs help. I will never return. This was my first experience and it was trash. I showed up at my appointment time on time, sat for 40 minutes with my family just to be told they wouldn’t make it to my car today. I was leaving for a trip and was relying on this alignment. That late in the day I was not able to get another alignment. Just a horrible experience.
Had no appointment, went because they sent me a mailer for an oil change. Romo told assistant to go ahead and bring it in. After 44 minutes, I asked when is my car ready. The assistant said they were busy doing estimations on other items I did not ask for, and then he said they had to order an oil filter. I said, it takes over 45 minutes to receive an oil filter? He said, well I ordered the wrong one at first, and then at 10:40 I ordered the right one. By 10:40 I had already been there for 40 minutes. It was not 10:55, I said, where is the right filter? He said I'll given them a call. He then said it will be here in 5 minutes. It did not arrive for over 10 minutes. I don't know what is going on but the incompetency is high at this place. Another customer before me was having to wait too long too. 20 minutes later they finally brought it out. i asked mechanic did the dashboard lights for tires and oil go out. He said no, but they will go out after you drive it awhile. I asked if he reset it, said no. It is now 3 days later, and the dashboard lights for oil and tire pressure are still on.

I thought we only needed an alignment but the strut and tie rod was bent and broken. They called around and finally found the part. They called me to let me know what they found, how much it would cost, and guaranteed I would have my car before he went home. I gave him the go ahead and then he headed to pick up the part. Picked up my car past their closing time. Roma checked totaled me out and had the mechanic who fixed my car bring in the part so I could see it after I asked. I do not know the mechanics name, I’m sure they told me, but I want to give him praise as well as Roma.

I came in with a coupon for $20.00 off an oil change. The store acknowledged the coupon and told me the coupon would be applied, but then did not apply the coupon to the amount I paid. I did not realize this until I had already left. Despite being told my fluids had been topped off, my windshield washer fluid was empty. There is an oil stain on the light gray cloth interior of my vehicle (driver's side door / upper handle) where a technician placed their hand. There is also an oil stain on my light gray leather driver seat, and it smelled as if someone had smoked in my vehicle (I am a nonsmoker).
The shop was very busy, however, the staff took time to help me with a low tire. I appreciate the time and effort they made to help me on this busy Friday afternoond.

My vehicle had several issues. They checked and diagnosed everything. Normally with the number of issues I had, it would take a full day+ to fix the car. Nope. The technicians had it done in less than half a day and were friendly and up front about everything that was needed and that they worked on. I’ve been a Hibdon’s customer for going on 20 years. One too many recent poor experiences had me trying Midas. I can easily say after a single visit to Midas that I won’t be returning to Hibdons again.

This is the 2nd time I came in for service with an auto service warning light. Both times I asked for the light to be extinguished. Both times it was not and I had to return to get this taken care of. On the last visit, the driver's floor carpet was severely greased and dirt stained. It took 30 minutes for me to clean it at home. There were no disposable paper coverings used to keep this from happening. Very unsatisfactory.
Was told battery and filter needed replacement. I declined either be done. Mechanic replaced old filter backward. It can only go in one way. The clamps will not hold the cap when it is not put in the only way it was made to. Both cap and filter were loose under the hood when I inspected once I was back at home. Had battery checked at parts store. Battery is fine. Slip I saw at Midas appeared to indicate battery was operating at 74%. Service used to be honest and competent. I will take my car elsewhere in the future.

I dropped my care off Monday 7:30AM. I did not have an appointment. I had to call after 2PM to get information on my vehicle because I had not heard anything. When I called the lady was really nice, but said they had not looked at my car. No ETA, nothing. I made arrangements to get home. I got a call after 4PM that they did not have time to look work through my issue. They person who would check it out was working on something else. So, what does that mean for my car? They had it all day. I went to pick it up. I had to ask, so can I bring it tomorrow? When can I get it fixed. I was told Wednesday might be good or maybe the weekend if I needed. This may sound petty, but it was very frustrating when I am trying to get the car fixed. The people are very nice, but I could have been told when I called that my car would not be looked at so I was not scrabbling to find a ride home. How was I going to get to work the next day. "Ms, Washington, I apologize for not calling you. We thought we could fit you in, however....Can we make you an appointment for Thursday morning to get this looked at? You car will be fine until then...
Although, the tech discovered additional problems with the used car purchase that I brought in, the problems were not surprising. The staff went way above what was necessary in order to provide courtesy transportation for me while my vehicle was being worked on. The pricing for services was appropriate and below the competition. All personal were helpful and courteous.

First of all I like this Midas and it's ownership/management. I've taken several cars here for all kinds of work. Spent way more than I wanted but they have done good work in the past. This time I brought my wife's van in for a nail in tire, oil change and brake work. 5 hours is a long time to wait but I'd rather have it done slow and correct than fast and sloppy. My first complaint is about hearing someone in the back room play loud inappropriate videos w/ lots of cursing and language while there were at least 3 people in the waiting area. My second and more urgent complain is that when I brought the car home i noticed a small puddle of oil on the garage floor. Didn't think too much about it because sometimes after an oil change that can happen. But the next morning more oil and same the next day. So I got under the car (hard to do on those low minivans) and realized the oil drain plug was not tightened down, not even a little, it was loose to turn either way. Not sure how that gets overlooked but I understand mistakes. I think someone should know. I'm not happy and will not be using Midas for Oil changes in the future.
Get better equipment and don't break people's hubcaps and your warranty is a rip off because labor is the same price as getting the job done with hibbdons which is where I'm taking my business to.

Perform the services stated that you do when you pay for an oil change my coupons specifically stated for 2999 it's an oil change that you guys check all fluids as well as check my tires and do a tire rotation I know that a tire rotation was not done as my back driver said tire has yellow Paint on it and still has yellow paint on it so I know it was not changed
The miscommunication between the service counter person and the mechanic led me to believe that the entire part was going to be replaced. It was actually only the damaged portion that was to be cut out and a replacement piece to be welded in. It worked out and I was happy with the price but it was not communicated clearly that it was only the section that was damaged and not just the small area.
It was a fast and nice service.
Pay attention to detail and complete the work correctly. Tires are wider in bk vs front and they put one of my back tires on the front. I'm now waiting for another establishment to correct it. Luckily they noticed the problem or it could have ruined my tire.

I was not very satisfied with the costumer service. Speaking on the phone and in person i was interrupted quite a few times. I need my rotors done and asked for them to run a diagnostic last instead they spent the whole time doing the diagnostic and my rotors which needed to be fixed were not done at all.

My car started shaking & after submitting an online request for an appointment to bring it in, the very next day I had a voicemail from Rachel that they could fit me in. I was thinking last-minute would be hard to get an appointment, but nope!
I received information about my battery was not the problem with my car. I picked up my car asked if battery was charged said yes. The following day battery light came on and I had to replace the battery.

Service work was fine and reasonably priced. However Midas lost points with me with a wait time of 5 hrs (10am - 3pm) and was with an appt of 10am. When I complained at 3p was told well we could have driven you home an offer that was NEVER made prior to 3pm, or even when I made my appt and explained I couldn't just drop off the car as I had no way of getting home and back again to pick it up.
