The staff is very familiar with my vehicle. I store my tires there for easy access for tire swap as well as not having to store them at home. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I feel they are knowledgeable and will recommend services if I need it. This location is walking distance from my home. My husband also takes his vehicle there for service. Tina know us by name and we always feel like a valued customer.

Staff there - Tina, Mike, Matthew and always very friendly and I feel like my car is very important to them.Although it took two repair visits to finally resolve the issue - one more than I'd hoped - Mike had clearly warned me this was a likely outcome given the failure mode and need to charge the system to detect any remaining leaks.They charged less than they'd quoted and gave me essential tips such as to change my cabin air filter for a much lighter one to assist with air flow.This is now my go-to location for anything my car may need in future.

I could tell you how wonderful and knowlegable Tina and her Crew are, but the thing that I value the most is they Care.

Unsure of the issue, mechanic tested with me, narrowed down the issue.. and it was the issue.

The change of the spark plugs revealed internal oil leaks due to aged gaskets. This was identified to me and after learning how much the time (and cost would be), Tina helped me to decide that we should change the work to perform. The engine gaskets was done and the coolant change was deferred.

Perfect service. The problem was explained and the work was performed efficiently and timely.

I was told by a CAA mechanic that I would need a new battery before winter. Tina had it checked and found there was no need to replace it, and did not even charge me for checking it -fantastic!! Tina kept be informed throughout my visit the service tech also took me into the garage to show me what the issue was with my car. I was able to get the repairs that I needed within the time I set aside to complete this task. Tina also helped me with tires and I have already booked my appointment for June 30th.I have had poor experiences in the past - not at this location or business - and was a bit skeptical - if I continue to get this type of service I'll be a customer for life.
