Taken right in for assessment without appointment.Ordered parts for next day install unfortunately not a fit.Removed and reordered for next day install only to be notified by Jeremy that was same part so would have to do a cut and bend ,tricky fabrication which went well untill upon driving home noticed a pronounced knocking sound so called and was told to return for adjustment which fixed the sound . Patient and methodical work guys !

Staff communicated clearly appointment timing slot and the need to reschedule a next day slot for my additional service at the shop. I had oil change on wednesday evening and return on thursday morning for early slot appointment to change my fluid transmission. Staff was helpful to work with my budget and offer to re-inspect car at no cost within 2-3weeks of repair to ensure my car problem was totally fixed and do not re-occur. I am a returning customer and the team had always met my expectation any time I visited. Good job guys!

Refund for the part replaced that was not defective.The muffler was replaced but was advised the exhaust manifold had a hole.There was no hold, it was not defective.I ended up paying double then what a muffler cost.I feel that I was taken advantage of because I was a women.

Be specific on pricing and do not push expensive parts. I felt like I was dealing with a high pressure salesman. Before my last visit to Midas I trusted your company now I do not trust Midas at all. You could tell the employee use to sell cars for a living it was bad

To be honest I was told my car needed another $4200 worth of work. So I took it to another shop for another opinion and got an opposite opinion. I had been told by a previous Midas employee from that exact shop that they were under pressure to get more sales. This made me a little skeptical so I got the second opinion.

Excellent service. Ran over a bolt ans tire was leaking quickly. I called midas where I purchased my tires a few months ago and they were able to get me in right away. My tire was fixed. I was just being honest. The tire rotation I went for last time should cost me zero dollar. The store staff suppose to know the tire I brought was not my car size before they rotate my car. I lost 33$ for service not received. I just let go but unhappy.

Firstly, I was never going to return to Midas after my previous visit. It was under new management and they were very unprofessional. However, it slipped my mind when I dialed the number. Jeremy answered the phone and was very professional and polite. I knew in an instance that this was not the same work environment as I experience previously. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Jeremy engaged in conversation with my daughter and I while we waited for the snow tires to be put on the car. The pricing was fair and the overall experience was pleasant. That made me happy as this was my daughter's first experience getting work done on her new car. She is only 16 years old. Next time, she can go on her own
i was originally quoted $900 to replace a part on the manifold and bring it back tues day and when the work was finished the gentelman said we saved you $600 to fix it so i was very happy and told lots of people already

The staff were respectful and patient with all of my questions. They told me what was a necessary fix and what was a fix that could wait for the next time. It is a high stress environment but I know they were looking out for my safety. There was a manufacturer rebate that they told me about and gave me the paperwork and details; I appreciate that. Steve got me in the very next day that I spoke with him. My car was taken into a bay within a few minutes of my arrival and Steve gave me an estimate before my ride arrived. Steve was s service manager at the now closed Brantford ActiveGreen & Ross. Was so pleased to have found hime at Midas. Bonus is the shop is a few minutes from my home.

I had to have my interior fan replaced and the part had to be ordered, which I understand. I dropped off the car, and I knew it would take a while to get the part and get it in. It took about the length of time I expected. It was fairly easy.
I was quoted from r wheel alignment but they found out that my van didn’t need it so they only charged me for the check up. They could have charged me for the whole thing but they were very honest. You don’t find honest shops that much nowadays.. thank you.
Tire rotation is extra in the maintence package.
Not a single complaint. Everything was great from start to finish. The associate did everything I had asked and was very accommodating to my concerns about the vehicle.
Stephen called me to let me know my vehicle was ready earlier. He went above and beyond to ensure I had my car on time.
The work on my car took over three hours, if I had been advised earlier in my visit that it was going to take so long I would have arranged for a friend to pick me up and do something during that time. An alternative would be a courtesy shuttle. This was my first visit to Midas, I will go again but find out more before the work begins. The manager was kind enough to give me a good discount because it took so long which is greatly appreciated.

They had a complete broken window with just a Midas sign taped over it. The coupon for a $69.99 full synthetic oil change is very misleading, considering I was only given $20 dollars off

After having serviced this same vehicle at at least 2 other Midas locations over the last 3 years this was the first one that suggested and charged me for me a special oil filter with my $69.99 oil change and tire rotation coupon. Adding costs to the total is not a good reflection of the Midas brand and this location.

The receptionist (Susan) was very helpful and friendly. It was my first time at this location, and although options weren't explained to me, I was quite specific about the oil change I wanted. They were cheerful when I arrive bright and early, explained that it would be about 45 minutes. I took my son for a little walk, then when we came back Susan was kind enough to introduce her to a mechanic and show my son what they were doing (he LOVES the auto shop!). When they were done, the young man handed over the keys and had a quick and cheerful exchange with my son. I was very happy with the personal feeling the small shop providee. I grew up being blessed with my dad being a mechanic and never had to go anywhere else - this transition was so smooth. Thank you Fairview Brantford! We will be back!
First, I was looking for a coupon for an oil change from the Great Canadian Oil Change company and the search page showed Midas with a 39.99 regular oil change so I printed off the coupon and used the available link to make an appointment. I received an email back immediately saying that my request was being reviewed and I would hear back from Midas very shortly. I did get the confirmation very quickly that my requested time was confirmed. I was very impressed with the reservation process.When I arrived at the Midas shop, Susan who was the person that responded to my appointment request was on the reception desk and was most accommodating. She explained the pricing that came with my coupon, particularly about the environmental charges so I was clear about the total price before I gave her my keys for the service.The waiting room was very appealing and clean. There was reading material available.The service was speedy. When completed the vehicle was brought right to the door ready for me.I considered the experience very welcoming and I will be a return customer. Susan was a great ambassador for Midas.
Because I have to wait for my service I was really unhappy with how long it took to get just an oil change. It was a hour and a half for my oil change and I was able to see my car being serviced. It sat up on the elevator for almost a hour before they serviced it. I love Midas because I can get a deal on my oil change but I almost want to spend more money somewhere else because I don’t want to wait around forever for it to finish and book out my afternoon. Really unhappy with that aspect but everything else was very professional and pleasant.

The process itself of fixing a car is never really a fun one. However, the following day, the associate at the firm called me letting me know I had actually been overcharged. If that person is reading this, I would like to personally take the time to thank you. She didn’t have to do that, and as a person, I truly do appreciate it. The service was fast, cars are always expensive, but that really made my day. Someone being kind enough to follow up and inform me. Job well done Midas Brantford.

My visit was related to change of break pad and rotors for rear tires. It was supposed to take 1:30 hours for the complete process however it took 3 hours.There was no drop off or pick up service was available. I did uber for the same.Price initially communicated was lower than what I paid.
The quote I got from Midas was 50 % higher than a quote I got elsewhere for the same job. Very shocked and disappointed. However, the front desk Manager was very genuine, very helpful and most pleasant. I was thankful she got me in for a quick quote on my vehicle. I appreciated her.

From what little explanation they knew right away the work that had to be done. I wasn't in a hurry to get it done but they got it done promptly.

Went for a transmission fluid change was told that it can be done did try to confirm many times if they had the OEM fluid once I reached was disappointed to know that it wasn't . Moreover took almost 45 min to realize that they were not sure how to do the service on my vehicle and did end up not doing it.

Travelling from Ottawa with my two sons to Brantford for a lacrosse tournament and rear brakes went on Friday night upon arrival to hotel. Midas was opened on Saturday and got me in immediately to fix brakes. They were pleasant to deal with and really help
