The high cost of storing tires. The price increases every year for no apparent reason
Everything was very smooth. I checked in, I gave out my key, and they even changed my air filter which I know had to be changed just didn’t want to it on my own time. However, the replaced it and we were good to go in about an hour.
I think I still don't quite understand the pricing. It might be the quality of oil or something, but it feels like $80 for an oil change is a lot and I don't understand why. I also had a $600 repair that included $50 in total for gaskets, nuts, and bolts. That felt like a lot, but maybe there is something that I don't understand.
Was supposed to get half price on the followup alignment to the original strut replacement. Of course that didn't happen.
I have used this location for many years, service has always been friendly and efficient.

The price was a lot higher than I expected, but perhaps that is due to the fact that everything costs more now. A competitor had estimated about $200 LESS, but they did not have time in their schedule to service the vehicle.The waiting room and washroom were extremely cold, probably due to the fact that mine was the first appointment on a Monday morning after the temperature had been allowed to drop since they closed on Saturday afternoon. When I mentioned the lack of heat, the employee adjusted the thermostat but of course it took a while to warm up.
I had a problem with the emission indicator on the screen. Technicians found that the hose was cracked. They called me, and indicated the price to fix it. Honesty and expertise are why I will always return to Midas. This also applies to the service I received two months ago regarding the front and rear brakes.

Oil split all over my valve cover after oil change, had to remove the top accessory cover and remove excess oil. Could smell oil in my hvac system from the engine bay. Asked for a quote on an repair and never was contacted.
The new owners are great. Keep up the good work. The waiting area could use a refresh.
I remain with this particular Midas because of the previous owners, who set a high bar for service and personal customer service. It is difficult to get new mechanics, but I am in the search for one as I don't detect any especial attention given to existing, long time customers. Also - when my car was returned, the window was left open, and it was raining. Little details like this indicate a lack of attention and regard for the customer.
Consistent and honest service
Overall a good experience. Tire installation took about 1hr, 15 min. I didn’t think it would take quite that long, but it is busy season so I should have known better. Process was straight forward.

The prices were higher than I expected. A slow tire leak repair was $45 which was higher than I expected. Also the balancing of the snow tires was not good. I will need to take them back.

I found the service people were getting annoyed with my questions about the actual service they were doing on the car. They were also very rude to my partner and clearly assumed she did not know anything about automobiles even though she works in this field!! I would say they were extremely unprofessional and judgemental.
The Associates were very cordial and very neat in their shop Attire.They were very kind to take my vejicle back on the ramp to recheck my protection Cover when i explained to them that it had come loose and was rubbing on the pavement after the other people had screwed the screws in too tight and broke through the plastic which i had to fix by applying a washer..I really appreciated this.
