I was very satisfied with the service I received. There are just a couple things I feel could be improved on( Just need much improvement. I would like to see the services and prices provided and a bigger lobby. It's extremely clean. It is very cramped for the customers but the employees are stuck in a corner and there is not much room for customers to discuss things without others knowing their business.

The people working there made you feel like you are friend. It was my first time on that store but they are very friendly welcoming and that's what matters the most to me.

The mechanic and supervisor explained the problem, my options and possible outcomes. Having extensive experience in mechanical matters, not only did i understand them but agreed as well. The mechanic was very qualified and speedy. The job was completed to my satisfaction by him.

I called on the phone to ask how much a oil change was for a dodge journey he said $50.60 I got there they were very nice and we’re surprisingly fast as being there for the first time and he you owe $50.60 that goes along way bc it was actually the price he told me it was on the phone very very happy with this

Well I got two oil changes and tire rotation done this week one scheduled and one not and both they were fast done and good value with my wife’s new Honda they explained why they choose the synthetic over conventional and it was awesome

A special thanks to the service fella that had to deal with my car. The lugs were over torqued and he had to use a bar to get them off. Thankfully none broke and he got me out of there in time for my wife to make it to a business meeting. Great job guys!!

Zero stars rating for Midas. I specifically told the person at the service counter (who was the manager) that my tires are nitrogen filled and not to bother checking tire pressure unless they could fill the tires with nitrogen. It didn't even clue in with the service tech that the green tire valve caps indicated nitrogen filled and he dumb assed filled my tires with regular compressed air. Now I'm left wondering what else they screwed up that I haven't noticed yet! Bunch of non-professionals !!

The brakes were cheaper than my personal mechanic charged me 2 years ago. There was no wait time to get the appointment. Only down fall was I had to ask for the promotional brake coupon to be applied. I am going to go back.
