I was a walk in. I had been befor years ago and took a chance. They were able to fit me in with in 15 min.Nice clean air conditioned waiting room.What struck me the most the young mechanic when he handed me my keys called me by name. That touched me. I will go back just for that.

I have been taking vie car to Midas because I find them to be a great place to go.

Changing oil in$39.99 with coupon. They generally check up the car for free. If found any problems, he would tell you. It was ready in half an hour. Nice persons, Great work.

Scheduling, drop off and pick up were all as expected and the team followed up to get a warranty replacement on the battery.

Both Tech and Sales associates were patient and informative. The work was done efficiently and the reasoning for the price was very well articulated. After checking other options, I confirmed that the price was well within expectations. I appreciate honesty and clarity when it comes to auto work so I will be continuing to give the Speedsvale location my business.

There was no communication problems. Agent verified availability of special lubricants. Work was completed quickly and the appearance of the car afterwards was good. This service was rescheduled from a previous date which I cancelled due to severe weather forecast. There was no problem rescheduling.

When they say they will respond to an online booking within 1 hour what they actually mean is they will not respond within 24h even if you had tried to book three times. A very disappointing system when booking with a phone call is not an option.
