It is very easy to book an appointment with Chris, he is very familiar with me and my car and knows me by name. The car was ready on time. Unlike other car repair shops, I never feel that he is charging me for an extra repair I do not need.

The muffler pipe after the catalytic converter was broken off due to rusting. The repair of the two pieces by reattaching them was all that was required. No expensive replacement of the entire system which is I believe made of stainless steel on a Cadillac. Sensible work was performed and unnecessary expense was avoided. Thank you.

I had brought my car to a Midas previously and they had told me I needed to replace my breaks and that it would be 300-600 dollars. I brought my car here and Chris explained that he would look at them and see what needed to be done, and call with how much needed to be done and how much it would be. It was much much less expensive and extensive than the original location had told me. Chris also made sure to get my car done as quick as possible because he knew I was walking my dog during the appointment and it was chilly.
