Fast and efficient service

In the event that my vehicle was being serviced it was recommended I change my internal cabin air filter which I was not there for. I did appreciate the attention to detail I was not there for this and the cost of replacing the air filter was ridiculous.

I was highly satisfied

The speed of the service was faster than originally promised. The garage pushed my service ahead of schedule since the other vehicles were waiting on parts to be delivered.

The people there are friendly and HONEST

They always seem to do a good job in taking care of my vehicle. They also inform me of future problems I may encounter along the way and what steps to take.

I've been very happy with this location and Han the owner. He is extremely pleasant and explains everything so there are no surprises. I've recommend Han and this location to many other family and friend and continue to this day.

To claim that I was highly satisfied would mean that I would not expect them to strive to be better. There is always reason to improve.

I needed an urgent exhaust repair. The Shop was booked up, so the Manager asked me to drop by first thing the next morning, and they would find time to work on the vehicle. I returned at 8:30 the next morning, and they had the new exhaust parts installed by 11 AM. Also, I think they ordered the parts the day before to save time, as I don't think they keep these parts in Stock, and I didn't see a delivery while I was there. I have had various vehicles repaired there over the years, and I have received good service, and reasonable value for my money.

Chantel went over and above as always to make sure I got the right tires for my car. Despite having to go back and forth over the phone a few times. Even called to warn me that the tires I wanted didn't match the type that were on the car and helped me pick something else. Even up sold me 3 additional tires which I'm really glad she did. I didn't realize just how bad I needed it until I got there.

I only bring my vehicle to this Midas. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and I trust them. The store front is always clean as well as the bathroom. Everything is explained to me and I’m always informed of what may be next to maintain/replace. I also like the maintenance sticker being dated the day of the service and how many kilometres I was at.

One of my buddy he recommended MIDAS 3 years back since then I keep coming back. Loved the friendly atmosphere and fully satisfied with their service. However my car is still new just ran 40k no major issues in it.

I went in for an oil & filter change which they advertised for $44.99 but then I was charged for the filter on top of the price? False advertising if you ask me. The woman at the front was very helpful and friendly.

I am very happy with the service at Midas. Due to them making an honest mistake of ordering the wrong snow tires (one digit off) I received a free oil change and free installation of two of the tires. Service is always friendly and honest.

They keep me informed of what they are doing with my car. They don't proceed without my approval. Great rates and they've even provided transportation to my home and back when my car may need a longer service.

I was very pleased with Hans and his staff.. They went out of there way to make me feel home.. Will be coming again for sure
