Steve and Alex were both super great to deal with! It was my first time coming here and Steve told me all about how I will get a car report to my phone and explained it to me, this feature is so cool. Alex who was working on my car came and spoke to me too about how everything was looking great on my car and no issues. I had a good chat with both of them while waiting on and air filter. They made the whole experience so personal and that I can trust my car is in good hands

Steve is always great to talk to explains everything being done and if they find any problem, he will call or let us know before doing the extra service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made the appointment process so easy! Steve explained the different types of oil I could use in my car and the benefits and cost of each before letting me make my decision. Then during the appointment the mechanic noticed I needed a new air filter, which I didn’t know but appreciated being told!

All I can say is that I went to another place previously that rhymes with Blanadian Pyre and they took over three hours to just do winter tires. At Midas, I was told 3 hours for brakes and oil, and was out in 2. 10/10
