Great service and friendly staff
I had come in for the oil change and tire rotation package which was supposed to include a tire rotation and it says oil filter change as well. All I got was an oil change and my tires did not get rotated and I did not get my oil filter changed. Not too sure why Midas is offering this promotion when they do not fulfill it
I really like dealing with these guys. They do great work and got me in quickly. This is the 3rd time dealing with this shop and the 3rd time everything has gone great

The "problem" encountered during my visit was discovery of a huge mouse nest in my air cleaner. Had not planned to do anything other than oil change but we cleaned that out and replaced the filter. Service was quick, efficient and invoicing of service was fair. Recommended other service that needed to be attended to in the near future, including stuff that I could take care of myself. Nice waiting room. Quite out of my neighbourhood to get the oil changes but I will plan to return and make a day out of my visit to the area. Staff were also helpful in directing me to a locksmith in the area for another errand. See you all in 30 thousand Km.

I went for anti freeze change it did not need to be changed said but they found a defective hose clamp leaking. They suggested I needed a tune up an showed me the spark plug very worn .They did this while I waited . I was satisfied with the service and very short time waiting.

Came out to a flat tire in the morning, car only had an air pump machine supplied, phoned four other services who all said they could not repair the tire that same day, I phone Midas and they told me to bring it in and they would fit me in, I needed a new air pressure Monitor and Midas had one for me and repaired, I was called a couple hours later and it was all done! The Staff at the Baseline and Wharncliffe Rd location were very professional in what they repaired and were very cheerful and personable. it is an excellent car repair shop, the price was excellent, and way less than what I was expecting. Your shop will be the first I call from now on...Thank you again for your excellent service

We have taken our vehicles there for several years and always receive excellent service. The gentlemen there always greet me by name when I walk in and are very personable. What is being done or needs to be done is explained to me in terms that I will understand being a senior woman and not a mechanic by trade. It is always a pleasure going there because I feel valued, respected and genuinely liked and I have total trust in not only their abilities but I know they will not try to rip me off.

This was an urgent situation as I got a flat tire 10 minutes before close on the Friday of the long weekend and I spoke to Patrick who told me to bring the car in right away and I had it back before close the next day. Michael, Patrick, and team are the absolute best and always accommodate in emergency situations which I have a lot.

Made an appointment for Monday, May 9 for a tire repair. I was told I could drop the tire off on the Saturday before and just come in Monday to have it installed. When I went in on Saturday they were able to do the repair then and there - took about 45 minutes. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. They found another problem while installing the tire and took the time to do up an estimate for that repair. Also, free WIFI and drinks!

Hi,When I called the manager Mike in the morning on Monday May 2, he advised the price of an oil change (synthetic) is $69.99+tax. I made my appt. for 4pm that day.However, when it came time to pay when the oil change was done, price was $73.94+tax

Told them my coolant indicator came on 2 days before, so could they check it. Got call after call immediately saying, my tires were flat, my battery was bad, my oil drain pipe was cooked, my coolant was leaking. I said no to the up-sales, let them do a pressure test to confirm where coolant was leaking from, though I hadn't seen fluid on my drive. had them change radiator. Finally got a call "after they were closed" to tell me they were keeping my car over night, as some guy had kids to pick up. Next day I arrived to receive my car with "oil pressure problem prompts" and a small noise from my engine and a $1400 bill for that. Will never go there again. They would switch between people calling me and found all the time in the world to call over and over when they were up selling me but when it came to telling me my car wouldn't be coming home tonight, that only happened 6 + hours later after they were closed. I would suggest taking your car anywhere else. My car was acting fine before ever walking in there. Now I need to have it re-looked at to find out what they've done to it. Might even have to have it towed to a dealer. Was like paying for dinner with nails in it

Mike and Patrick have been exceptional when dealing with my company fleet vehicles, as well as my personal vehicle. If they can't get me in the day I call, they arrange to service the vehicles as soon as they can.Not only do they explain things well, but when my teenager, new to driving, came in with a car for service, they explained things to her so she could learn about some of the maintenance needs of the vehicle. It continues to be a great place to bring my company and personal vehicles, no matter what I need done.

Super Service, but they suggested fluid changes in transmission, coolant, and break fluids only based on KM of the vehicle without even doing a simple visual check of the fluids. both transmission and coolant fluids had been changed in the last year which would have been obvious with the visual check. disappointed with the fear-based sales techniques.

oil change time was ok. he said it would be out in an hour-which it was. $120 just to check for check engine light though? seriously? Active Green and Ross and Toyota dealer both do it for free.
