Service advisor was very efficient at checking in and checking out. The service personnel treat the vehicle as their own by protecting the drivers seat with a cover. The service technician did not cut any corners and did the transmission fluid change as necessary. The cost of the service was reasonable. Can't get any better service than that. Thank you.
Car was properly serviced in an expeditious manner
Three hours for a front end alignment seems like a lot of time to wait. This visit did not resolve the issue. How did my vehicle pass the road test and not cause any concern? Terrible shake on the steering wheel at 90 to 100 kilometres per hour and still drifting to the right. On the way home, there was a quarter of an inch vibration on the steering wheel. There is a constant vibration in the car.
Had an emergency with a vehicle. They were able to assess the issue and recommend the service needed. Has us back on the road within the same day!!
They even stayed a 1/2 hr after closing time to get the job done

The rattling underneath was not fully resolved. There was rattling as the service person backed the vehicle out of the garage. The service person did not take my vehicle for a test drive to ensure the rattling issue was resolved

I had a transmission flush done about one year ago and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and friendly. I get my oil changes done at Midas on a regular base and have never been disappointed.
It was an unscheduled tire repair and it was taken care of the same day. It would have been acceptable to have to wait but they for me in!

The service was quick, I was so very pleased to find out that we could store our summer tires at Midas for a very reasonable price. We’re seniors and storing and lifting tires on rims was getting impossible for us. The woman at the front desk is very pleasant and took time to review with me what was completed. I actually booked both our cars for an oil change on consecutive days. When I brought my first car in l noticed that I forgot my wallet at home. The receptionist was very nice and told me I could bring it in later, which I did. Very polite and accommodating. Also the best price, especially when both vehicles take synthetic oil.

Very pleased with the flexibility at Hwy 93 Midas in Midland. Started out as a scheduled oil change -they diagnosed an exhaust system issue, and instead of having to leave and return later they fit me in and did the repairs right then.

I never herd of re inspection fee i spent $1450 on tires alignment and safety check fixed all items for inspection had to make appointment for them to check to see if all was repaired took them 10 minutes to verify all was done and charged me another $75.
We had a bad experience when our brakes overheated while towing our trailer. Joe responded immediately and ensured our brakes were repaired within 24 hours on a long weekend! I cannot say thank you enough! Joe and his staff are amazing!
