The Midas location in Milton is excellent, highly recommended, I've been coming here for years now, for regular service and repairs, on my Lexus and Nissan vehicles, they have great service and fair pricing, and are trustworthy, and I've had nothing but great work done, not one complaint at all, they're always accommodating, and always polite, speak to Waheed, who is the shop owner, wonderful guy, and very easy to talk to!

We encountered a problem at the last minute and booking online and following up in the morning on a Saturday was in reality impossible due to business hours and expected service. Midas in Milton did better than that, by telling us to come earlier than our scheduled time to assess the situation and get us set with Front brakes. The best experience I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime by far. The staff there are amazing and friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
The work was done as expected. I was told engine is misfiring but no advise on what can be looked at or possible diagnosis.

I went to Midas because I had received a coupon online for an oil change for 79.99, and that to me was a much better price than your competitors in the fast oil change space. However, while there were no upsells or anything (which I really appreciated), the total price with tax came to $95, which is what I pay at your competitors, so it wasn't really an advantage. I should add that the closest Midas to me is about twice as far as Mr. Lube, but I was willing to give it a try for the cheaper price, but it rubbed me the wrong way that the price wasn't really different. Nothing to do with the folks at the Midas I went to, they were stellar, but just the pricing model
I took my car in because my brake pedal was jerking. They reported I heard a noise. Honestly, I don't think I said a noise. They drove it and said there was no noiuse. When asked about the pedal pulsating, they agreed they felt it. They were not going to even mention it until I asked. Then suddenly they said my rotors needed replacing. So they replaced my front rotors and it's STILL PULSATING. I have no confidence to take my car back but I still have the same issue after spending ~$500. I'm upset that they were going to give me my car back, KNOWING there was a problem, without even mentioning it to me. It's my brakes, I'd say that's important... So now I've spent ~$500, have new front rotors, my brakes are still pulsating, and I'm reluctant to bring it back to the location because I have no trust in their abilities.

I normally have my maintenance done at local Kia dealership but they couldn’t schedule me for 2 weeks to look at sudden brake noise. Midas looked at it on the same day I called and did the repairs quickly as per their quote. Very pleased with this Midas which I’ve previously used with a previous vehicle.

Waheed and his team were excellent. I appreciated them fitting me in as I had a slow leak in my tire. Only thing that did not occur to my satisfaction was that the tire pressure sensor was not reset and the the valve caps were not placed back on the tires. Small things but relevant. Again, I will go back to Midas again as they have always treated me well. Then online booking tool is great.

My engine light was on, and I asked if they could tell me why it was on.when I was paying the bill I saw that I was charged $40.00 for this service ,That I found to be quite high for what was done, as nothing was noted on the bill and I had to ask what they found. Did not get a clear answer on the problem , it was well it could be this or maybe that, they were not really sure what it was. I felt that because I was not getting it fixed right away they seemed un interested. So I was leaving a little disappointed, causing doubt of the whole experience.

When booking an appointment the customer should be notified if all parts associated with the service being performed will be available. The customer should be told the correct price for service once they provide the type of car they have.

I would’ve like for the price given, a detailed explanation of the parts that needed replacement and why it was not possible to resurface or perform an skimming (for the disks in this cases). I was told when i came to pickup my car that the reason that my 4 disks/rotors had to be changed is because they were all rubbing metal against metal as all the pads were extremely worn out. Which is not true, i check my brakes often, and although i brought the car for a brake service and for a caliper that was failing, only one out of 4 disks might have damage that required the disk to be replaced. But i was not given a choice on the other 3 disks, the store attendant just assumed all 4 disks had to be replaced with no reasonable explanation. Also keep in mind that 3 years ago/30.000km ago i did replace the disks at a midas location as part of the safety certification required when i purchased this car. Its very unlikely in such a short amount of time all 4 disks required replacement already.

I've been to the Milton location quite a few times now. Never had any issue. Staff always friendly and not the kind of place that says your car needs this and that! The only time they said I need more than the oil change it was when I needed the front brakes to be done, and I knew that was true
I have used this midas for approximately 30 years services my car motor was shot you would think they would be able to replace a motor for less then 5000 plus tax not happy with the results of scrapping my car .not worth replacinhg in a 2008 vehicle

Store needs a refresh cosmetically, prices need to be clear up front, oil change/tire rotation took 45 mins, tire sensor not reset, had to return to the shop for it to be reset.

Came in for a oil change and a check up. Staff listened to what I thought the problem was and took it for a drive and then into the shop to diagnose the issue.came back within 20-30 mins with the issue and cost of repair. And also additional issues with the beschicke that I might want to address and explained what my options were and how urgent the issues were or weren’t. Gave me all the information no needed to make an informed decision.
Don’t give your customers a aftermarket parts, pls.. notify your customer if your don’t have the tools and machine to check the car so your customer don’t waste time going to your shop!
Tried to book appointment and get price details by phone, but nobody picked up the phone. Did it online, though was not clear about the charges for oil change.
I went for regular oil change but they put Synthetic oil. I was forced to pay for the difference. They didn’t apply my $10 coupon until I question again.
Simply put, Sid the service manager is great!! This guy makes things happen and tells it like it is. I'm not sure I would keep my business with this location if Sid wasn't there.

Look at all problems and itemized them separately with cost each group. Makes decision easy to proceed or not on each items. Not like those dealers who takes forever to explain the priblems.
