Counter person was great

I came in for an oil change and a tire change. They noticed that I had some fluids that needed topping up and my power steering was leaking which explains why I my steering wheel felt stiff sometimes. They did an amazing job even though I had the wrong set of tires, they caught it right away and informed me of it, the price for the service was great.

The garage staff helped confirm the necessary repairs to my vehicle. The cost of repairs was reasonable to me. I would use them again because they are more responsive than my dealership service centre.

The appointment time was honored. The associates were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was good and the work was completed in a timely manner.

You have provided all my vehicles require and have required for many years and will be the only people our vehicles require in the future. THANK YOU.

The associates were friendly and professional, respected my time and communicated what was being done and associated costs effectively.

If there is an issue with a client's service - every measure should be taken to ensure that their service is prioritized if they have to return. If there is a mistake made and it has to be fixed there should be some conisderation of the clients time.

Ash and Jimmy were very communicative and explained the process. It was a pleasure talking to them and I would be happy to visit them again.

Ash and his mechanic explained very well the details needed about oil change when its due, and also about break pads when needed necessary replacements.

Ash and his team accommodated my vehicle at a time when the Midas garage near my home was booked with appointments for several days. They read and listened to my concerns. They explained the resolutions to my concerns in simple terms that I could understand.

Have an employee on duty that can actually be on a computer,& knows what he’s doing& saying. Brent was very confused & unsure of himself. Told me he’s a mechanic not a front desk person. “ Also came stound desk, faced me sitting in the chair & told me :” if u don’t want to deal with me, don’t come on a Thursday. I’m here on Thursday.” !!!! Then next statement out of his bad mouth :”you can come back tomorrow or Saturday when I’m not here ,then u don’t have to deal with me. He smirked & went back to his chair at computer screen( talking to himself). All these words R true, correct & actual quotes. I was scoffed at & he was sarcastic several times,not to mention condescending as well. Rude & ignorant come to mind. Never ever have I EVER been treated this way at this location. Never! I’ve been coming to this exact store for years. Through different owners as well. This location is very close to me. Oddly tho’ the staff & mechanics change a lot. I find that unnerving . When I asked Brent to pls call Stephen( the owner,) to help with the computer ( he fumbled through & couldn’t do ( re try several times) he said “ quote” don’t have his number”. End of quote. Quick, considerate, attentive, courteous.

Ash is always well detailed in explaining the needed repairs for my car.

Dumpling dirt from its roof and dusted the outside, waited a bit more than expected after having checked in

Price was reasonable, problem solved and they didn’t try to convince me to change all my tire instead of fixing it!

Experience and staff was good. But even after scheduling the appointment it still took 1 hr. in waiting just to start the oil change work on the car.

Appointment was easy to make online. They explained what was required and gave me a firm price with no surprises. Also accepted my discount coupon with no issues or questions. Got the work finished within the timeframe promised.

If a price starts with a “from $xx” it should be communicated why it is not the bottom figure when the bare minimum service is requested.

This is the first time I had my car serviced at this location and it was satisfactory. I had a 9 am appointment but my car got serviced after 45 mins. I was done before 11 am. The staff who attended me was nice. I will most likely come back again.

Very good, the tech found issues and fixed them.

Battery test was done wrong. They told me that my battery was dead. I said no, this is wrong, went to another place and they confirmed the battery was 100%. They used the wrong procedure to test it. For the engine tune up, no complaints so far.
