After her winter tires were swapped for summer, my daughter was told that her summer tires were dangerously bald with 3/32" tread remaining. This was a complete lie, with 5/32" or more tread dept measured. Was it intentional to scare up business or was it incompetence? I am not sure but I am very concerned either way. Former Midas management (Arun) was completely honest and trustworthy. New management had better call me to apologize and explain or I will never be back. Steve Collins 416-817-6302. Clear communication

Have better customer service at this location. Front desk staff appeared to comment on things that were not relevant to their position - for example: speaking on behalf of the car tech for why my brake lights were supposedly once working, not working, and then working again. Losing my paper work. Not calling me once a service was complete and my car was ready to be picked up. Car techs assessment was not fully place on the assessment sheets I received.

Customer focussed and ask your self have we delivered what the customer came here for. You were not able to hear the cooling fan rattling sound because of the compressor sound in your workshop and also the focus seemed to be more on wrapping up for the day. I did not insist for the 4 pm . O was told no sound heard and I went in & in spite of the loud compressor sound the fan sound was distinctly audible . However they charged me wasted my time and final handed over the keys back to me saying that the sound went away again. The young lady at the reception was rather rude. Finally on my insistence they gave me an estimate for fan replacement which was$1800 with original Infinity part and $1300 with after market parts and totalled the estimates as if both are required with $3,100 for the estimate. That tells you a lot about their professionalism. Infinity dealership st Woodchester quoted $1,500 for the job

Even though I was accused of being rude... I was trying to defend myself when challenging the quote I was given on the phone when the car was in. I was told "around 200".. no exact price. When I inquired about the cost of the sprinket and gasket, I was surprised they wanted 200. They told me the reason for the full hour of labour plus taxes for a 15 minute install was because they had tp pay bills, and food has gone up and gas has gone up and that is why full labour cost... Even though last time I was there, it was a .5. They eventually dropped it to a .8.. Very much gouging to charge 200 for a gasket, sprinket and labour... That is incredibly unreasonable. They did not like my frustration. I perceived them as rude and dishonest. They perceived me as rude too. I was defending my opinion. I will not go back at all!!
