Customer service was great! Both Vanessa and Linda (I think I got the names right) were very helpful and friendly. That is a big thing for me.I was only there for a safety inspection with no repairs so I cannot speak to that area however this location is where my husband takes his car for many things.

They were able to take my car in quickly they repaired the problem and explained what was going to need fixing soon.

Dave was an amazing mechanic…kept us up to date since we had a lot of work done. He was honest and tried his best to work within our budget. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was charged 1 litter of oil extra that I was not told at the time of the appointment. If they told me that I would have not booked the appointment. This is not an honest Midas location. I would never come back to Midas again.

I originally made an appointment online for Saturday morning, but finished work early on Friday and Gates was able to slide me in for just after 3pm. That impressed me.

Got my appointment scheduled very soon and for the time most convenient for me. The car was serviced fast. The stuff was very friendly.

They service manager was able to find the needed parts in a very timely fashion.

I was out in about 30 minutes and an associate explained why tires have arrows.

Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. Repairs are done right the first time.
