I had to bring my car back 4 times for the same issues. After the 4th day that my car was worked on, my car only drives straight if the steering wheel is turned to the left, around the 11 o'clock position. The car also pulls to the left. I did NOT have either of these issues when I first brought my car in. I noticed as soon as I drove off the Midas parking lot but I did not go back because this was after the 4th time I brought my car in for the same issues over 2 weeks and every time I left, either the issues weren't fixed or there was a new issue. They put on a new rear wiper but they didn't attach it horizontally; instead it was attached on an angle (pointing to the 2 o'clock position). When when I turn on the wiper and it completes a rotation across my window, it actually leaves the window when it reaches the other side and goes onto the back of the car. When I picked up my car after the 2nd appointment and one of the noises was still present (this noise was in my initial complaint), Reno told me to just live with the noise.I was very clear with Dominic I only wanted to pay $4500 to fix the car IF everything would be fixed, otherwise I would buy a new car.
Ever since I started bringing my trucks here, I have had nothing but the best customer and mechanical service out there. Daniel and Dom are professional, respectful and always provide me with the best options for my service trucks. They have always put safety above all else for my team and they demand the same from the excellent technicians. The technicians have never once taken on a job they could not handle and always complete the tasks on time. They accommodate all the needs a company could ask for and always deliver even when more service is required during their inspections. I could not be more pleased them and will continue to bring all my vehicles here for service.

The customer service we've received was great - no issues there. We told Midas what was wrong with our car, showed them a video, etc. We dropped it off on a Saturday, and was ready to be picked up on the same day. Unfortunately, two days later, we had the same issue. Went to Toyota, they told us what was wrong with our car. One of the main items the Terminal ends (the negative side) on the battery was NOT installed properly, wrong cords/wires were used. Now, we have to pay a couple of hundred to a thousand to fix Midas mistake (if they can't fix it, it would cost approx. $8k to fix it!). An expense we're not able to afford. I was hoping Midas would fix it, and not charge us, but they weren't even able to provide a quote until they figure out exactly what was wrong.At the end, Midas did try to coordinate with ie. provide us a quote with other items, called and emailed me back when they could, etc. I had no issues with that. Very polite and great customer service. If we took it to Toyota from the beginning, we wouldn't be in this situation. Still have been out of a car for 3 days. At the end of the day, not a HAPPY customer, especially with the expense!
All went as expected. There were no surprises( bad ones) to deal with. Very friendly. Having stayed there, I witnessed how they dealt with other customers. They did so in the same friendly, professional way.
Daniella was able to fit me in for a tire change, which was much appreciated. The service was quick and pick up was convienient.

Booked an appt for noon…sat waiting and noticed at 12:45 that my car still,wasnt in a bay. I asked the service person how much longer it would be and Danielle said”well, i dont have a bay so not sure how long”. This is after already waiting for 45 minutes. I had a friend pick me up because i didnt know how long ot was going to take. Finally got a call about 3:30 that my car was done!! Had to arrange another ride to pick up my car. Terrible scheduling, not to mention not being told of the delay until i asked 45 minutes after waiting!!! Wont be coming back anytime soon!!! Why book an appt if you cant depend on a reasonable time to have your car serviced.

Well going online and asking how much Midas charges per axle for brake pads and rotors parts and labor I get a much much less amount than what I was charged. Online was around 450$ per axle, and at the location it was 700$. So this lead me to think I’d be paying 900$-1000$ total. When I actually ended up paying 1727$ which included a 99$ alignment. Hopefully that was done too? No paperwork on that. Anyway the huge difference from online price to in store really threw me off and leaves a feeling of uncertainty.
More work was required then I thought when I dropped off my car but it was all done that same day.

I needed the exhaust replaced for my 2006 Dodge van that has been modified for a wheelchair ramp. This requires special fabrication which took time and expertise.

I was completely lied to about what was wrong with my car. Was told I need new front brakes, and that it would cost me $700. I went to a different shop, and saw with my own eyes, that my brakes were totally fine. I was lied to, and almost fell for this scam. Horrible business.

Took the girlfriend's vehicle to a 15min oil change garage on Saturday but when we got there, the sign said they were closed (even tho the hours sign implied that they were to be open. So we drove down the road a ways and found that the Midas was open and had time to change the oil on the aforementioned vehicle. When we went to pick up her vehicle, the mechanic alerted us to an issue with the brakes that would soon need attention. Altho it was greatly appreciated, I live about an hour north of East Gwillimbury, so the likelihood of myself needing the services of Midas is somewhat negligible....however, if my gf needs anything done to her vehicle...I would definitely consider this Midas service center.

My location has always been excellent.
Had tires installed on vehicle. They were already on rims. When I picked up the vehicle the tire psi indicator showed the tire psi was was all over the map. The left rear was at 40, the front were at 34 and 36 and the other rear tire at 32. While driving home the tire psi indicators were fluctuating by 4-6 psi. All except the LR which stayed at 40. I checked the tire psi when I got home and found the actual tire psi were at 34 expect one at 30.I would have expected the technician to set the tires all at the same psi, and he should have reset the actual tire sensors themselves as it is obviously a problem with it as well.
Had window motor replaced. Have had issues with components ever since. Was given nonsense reasons for it happening. They finally agreed to replace door panel. Ordered new one and it was the wrong colour. Now will have to wait until I return from vacation and since I’m driving I will have to worried about my window controls falling down into the door.

My family and I have been going to this location for over a decade. We have 4 vehicles serviced there and don't take them anywhere else. The manager, Dominic is absolutely outstanding to deal with.
I came in to fix a light bulb for my Honda civic. The first person that tried to assist me was very rude and was being very excessive and not helpful at all. He asked me what kinda light do I need and explained to him. My car is outside if u can take a look. I decided to take the lights out on my own. It took me a couple of mins but figured it out. At that point I decided to go to Canadian tire and try to purchase my own light and install them myself. Unfortunately the light I bulb I needed wasn't available. I ended up going bck to midas to purchase the light and was helped by a very friendly individual that is always there when am doing my oil changes. Purchased the light and installed them by myself. Overall that location is great. Actually the first time I wasn't satisfied.
Midas is a great place to bring your vehicle never had any issues or problems with them . They fixed everything In a timely fashion . Prices are reasonable . They explain your bill and explain what exactly is wrong with your vehicle.
