I find the Bells Corners Midas are extremely nice They have been easy to deal with , explain everything . Sometimes when being a female service people can talk down to you . I find the staff have been great to deal with.

I needed to have my winter tires mounted and balanced and did not get to it until 2 weeks before Christmas. The kind folks at Midas Bell's Corners were able to accommodate my needs even though it is a very busy time of year. I couldn't leave my car with them so they let me leave my tires and rims to get mounted and balanced. I then returned 1 hour before closing with my car and they put the wheels on. I will be going back soon for an alignment.
I agreed to several services based on need/risk priority.One of those services I agreed to was repairing a leak in the power steering hose.On pick up the Invoice only showed "[N]POWER STEERING TOP UP"I did not bring this to the attention of the staff because it looks to be a minor issue that can be addressed later if necessary.My point is, one of the agreed-upon services was not completed.Other than this, we were very pleased with the staff and services!
The flex pipe work requires the best trained personnel to be done, can’t take a chance on safety for my family, that’s why I brought it to Midas.
Provide a unique email address for each location to be able to communicate back and forth with the team when phone calls aren't possible/practical. I found it puzzling to be told that the date/time I had selected on the appointment request website was not available, in fact there was no availability for a few days, which were still shown as available on the website. It'd be a great idea to update the website, maybe even remove the option to book the same day, only 24 hours or more later.
My first phone call was handled very well. I was very happy to hear that the work would be finished the next day. The truck was ready onetime for the price stated. Getting this all looked after the next day from my call was very nice!

We scheduled an appt to purchase new winter tires and rims several weeks in advance. We dropped the car off the night before. Got a call the morning of the appt to say they didn't have the rims we ordered. Incredibly frustrating but we decided to get a more expensive product at the salespersons recommendation as booking an appt in tire season is a hassle. It seems very unprofessional to book appts with a specific part and then not advise the client the part isn't available until the car is already in. A courtesy call a day in advance would have been nice. Went to pick car up and on the way home the tire pressure light came on. Apparently the car requires special valves for the TPMS to work but we were not advised prior to the tire swap. It would have been much simpler to install the valves at the same appt, now we will need to go through the hassle of getting the valves and making another appt. We paid over 1700 for this service and now have a dashboard light that will likely be on all winter. I also see on the bill it says declined buy 3 get 1 free new tires. Not sure why this didn't qaulify.

Mark is by far the best service manager I have ever dealt with. He is extremely competent and trustworthy, keeps his cool when things get hectic, and is very nice to deal with.

As per the coupon that I had for this location I was suppose to pay for oil change and oil filter an amount of $39.99 plus disposal fee plus tax, which should come up to a max of $50 I ended up paying $68 with some tricks that the owner did to my bill

My exhaust system was making noise and your Midas people quickly diagnosed a cracked connector to my catalytic converter. Instead of trying to sell me a new catalytic converter (expensive), they were able to weld a new piece between the broken parts. I greatly appreciated the honesty, the speed and the cost of the service.

I found a plastic cover on my passenger door, turn out they didn't put the cover back in for the air cabin air filter, on the invoice they said they couldn't access it. It you take the door off put it back on. I will return to the shop next week to get it installed.

Have better mechanics who can actually find underlying issues in a car when client keeps mentioning that the same problem still persists. Regular maintenance is good but it’s not like i can’t get that service with Mr. lube. We went to the branch with a puncture, which could not be repaired. The price we were quoted for two replacement tires was more expensive than advertised on your website, and way more than other suppliers in the City.Unfortunately we had no option but to replace the tires as we had a puncture which had damaged the sidewall of the tire, and it is our feeling that the manager knew we had no choice but to accept the price quoted. My wife asked if he price matched, and he told us no, absolutely not, as he could not buy tires at the price other places sell them for. I absolutely do not believe he could not match Midas prices.Everything else was absolutely fine, and if we didn’t feel as though we had been mugged because we were absolutely a captive customer, we would have been happy customers.Paying more than Midas advertise for, at a Midas store, is a really unpleasant feeling. It was very easy and efficient to book the appointment, especially during tire-changing season. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The time I was told it would take was very accurate. My only suggestion is about the ease of using the coupon from the website. It was confusing about whether or not to print it or be able to just show it on my phone.
