That The TPMS will not be installed when changing the rims should have been told to me before replacing the tires. I was not even informed that it was not installed. I found out when the sensors lit up in the car after some time. Though the service was great, If I had known about the lack of the TPMS, I would not have bought new rims, as now I have to again book an appointment at the dealer to get that installed costing me more time instead of getting everything done at once. Other than that I am happy with the service provided and liked the way clients are Handled at the center. Please give out this information before hand while booking the appointment so that we can make an informed decision.

Super helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable gents at the front desk and super fast, efficient technicians in the shop. They diagnosed the problem quickly and kept me in the loop during the service and called me to say it was completed in great time.
The team discovered a major safety issue with my car and showed me the exact problem. They took time to explain what needed to be repaired and why. They also offered unsolicited a loaner vehicle as I needed to leave my car overnight. Finally they helped me properly reinstall the two child seats in the car.

They were able to change a tire on my car that had gone with no appointment.
After an inspection, was notified that exhaust would have to be replaced. Quoted $620 to replace flex pipe. Booked appointment. When I arrived, I was told they were going to do the oil change which o never requested. This affected my day. Had to get a taxi service. And total for fixing exhaust was more than quoted. While I was waiting other clients came in and were told either they didn’t have an appointment or it was scheduled for a different day. Front desk staff require to be bwttter trained. Very much disorganized.
Wait time was estimated to be 45 minutes for an oil change (which is already longer than at other locations), but in reality was over an hour.
I experienced an unplanned problem with my car and because I was driving near the Midas shop and knew it from previous experience, I pulled in. It was near the end of the day and they still took the time to listen to me. They were able to keep the car overnight and looked at it first thing. The issue was fixed - and they were efficient about communicating with me- practically before I finished my first coffee! I was very happy and relieved too!

First, I should have not to pay full price agai for the replacement of a resonator that was only installee by Midas 2 years ago. 2nd, I should not have to clean the car carpets after Midas step in the car with dirty footwear. 3rd, I still dont understand how the rebate was only applied to the cost of the resonator part (yes, I understand oil and filter change was excluded but was about the rest. Finally, more importantly, I had to go back to Midas after another technician discovered the noise issue: the resonator was not properly secured and was hitting the ground when turning left or going over bumps. Midas lost all credibility for not adhering to their values. sorry, do not contact me again

Went in to get rear brake pads, they then proceeded to tell me that i needed 2000 dollars worth of new brakes and told me they would buy my car for 300 to take it off my hands. I didn’t take the offer and took my car back without any work since that was not a fair price. Turns out I only needed new brake pads on the rear tires and the employees were trying to take advantage of a girl, big surprise. Not cool, should’ve known I knew what I was talking about because what I asked to be done was correct. It costed me 200 to do myself. Terrible service also don’t offer to buy my car for 300 dollars.

My appointment was to get winter tires on. My belt was also squealing so I asked if they could also tighten it. I received a call saying that I should take my car back to my mechanic who installed the belt because the alternator bolt was broken. When my usual mechanic looked at it, he said that there had been a bolt put on that he did not place. The bolt was put on the incorrect side and then looked like it broke when there was an attempt to remove it.
I went in just for an oil change, and was pleasantly surprised that a full check of the vehicle was done. In this check, they found that my brakes needed to be replaced, something I might not have noticed if it was not checked. I am very thankful they were able to do everything in the same day and returned my vehicle back to me in only a few hours!

All in all I've been to this Midas for over several years along with at least two cars have been serviced there. When ever I had any particular extra issues that appeared with the vehicle it never felt as semi pressured as it would be with my most recent Kia Dealership when it came to issues.The Midas at Bronson might not match pricing wise with my dealership, but every replacement or maintenance item beyond oil changes is handled in such a way that I don't have minor issues when I drive out the car from the garage.All in all please keep up the good work.

The inspection contradicted the inspection I had from my dealership. The technician and said to the front desk the pad is almost gone metal on metal. While the dealership indicated it was 3mm and recommended to be change. Feels Midas technician giving the impression the work needs to be done because it was critical. I'm not really sure I can trust the inspection done at Midas.
