Good service and the owner and worker so friendly an then so clean

Basically OK

I had thought of Midas as mufflers and had that fixed. While waiting I saw the deals on tires which I was in the market for, the friendliness of the office staff dealing with many other customers and myself convinced me. These guys are great and I consider this my go to mechanic now. I do occasionally go to dealer but anything not brand specific I will be giving this location first shot.

All in all it was a good experience

Probably the biggest issue with any auto service is trust. I trust Al and his guys. We have been going to Al 15-16 years or so. He has looked after us extremely well and there have been times where he has been up front and told me there are certain things that yes he could do it but it's going to cost significantly more than the dealer. This is why I trust him, he can hose me short term or lose me long term.We prefer dealing with him so much, that even when we moved a few years ago to a different area of the city, with many many auto service places in between. We still come back. We make a point of it, even thou it chews up many hours we feel it's worth it. I feel this is an aspect that corporate pencil pushers highly highly .under value. Create a loyal customer base, like Al has, keep them happy and coming back

I recommend, Midas 99% you can check in anytime, honestly I forget to call for an appointment but I still try to get in and ask if they have room for me for an oil change, and they accept me right away not because they're not busy, oh boy they are busy but because my case is only oil change they didn't hesitate to let me through. They're easy-going don't try to over sell on service that you don't need. If their is a problem with the vehicle, they'll bring you to the car and show you the problem so I'm aware
