I am always very happy with the quality of service I receive at Midas. They work quickly and treat you like a friend. The only thing this trip is they forgot to put the hubcaps back on my tires. But other than that always a 10 out of 10 with Midas.
Was having trouble with crack wires that were eaten by corrosion and the knowledge of the mechanic to track them down and fix them was amazingly efficient
Peter and the guys there are always on point. They know their vehicles, and explaining what needed to be done and the estimated cost is explained thouroughly. I trust this place completely, and the mechanics who work on my car.

Vehicle was brought in as it was making a sound in the front end. After bringing it home and paying over $800 the problem doesn’t seem to be fixed and it’s still making the same sound.
1. If you are 2 hours behind just tell the customer that. 2. Don't charge the customer for a tire rotation, say it was done and then it wasn't done and yet I paid for it. Lied straight to my face. Not impressed at all!

The mechanic that brought my car into the back brought me back personally to show me the problem, and show me a future problem to look out for. He didn't try to upsell me on the problem, was honest and genuine with me. As a woman that unfortunately is rare in the car world. I guarantee I will be coming back to them with any future problems because of how well they treated me.
The service was excellent. I was informed of what was needed and the cost. The parts needed were on hand so the repair was done right away. When there was a minor issue after the repair, that was taken care of right away as well.

He took the time to inspect my vehicle himself in order to give me an accurate quote and to have an honest conversation about what to expect from my vehicle. I have recommended Midas to all of my friends and I will continue to do so. As a young female, it is important to me that I feel welcome and respected in a shop environment. "A great wow experience for us. We were on our way on a cross-country tour from Mississauga to Calgary in the middle of January to pick up a puppy. By the time we reached Thunder Bay, the temperature dropped below minus 30 degrees Celsius. Apparently while topping the windshield washer fluid ? the slamming of the lid down snapped the supply line to the sprayers. What were we to do? I drove to the Ford dealer near our hotel. They offered to look at it three days later. They didn?t even have someone free to look at it and identify a part for me to buy ? While I could understand they were busy; the result was not very satisfying. We happened across this Midas shop and one of the worker bees in uniform offered to look at the problem. He came out and looked at it. When he realized our dilemma, he thought he could make a temporary fix. It was still minus 30, but he persevered. The temporary fix was amazing, and more than likely could have passed for a permanent solution. I?m not
I booked an appointment and was quoted a price. I gave my phone number and left the shop to wait for a call. I did not get the call and showed up an hour later to check to see if it was done. When I got there I was told that my bill was going to be 33% more than the quoted price and he had written down my phone number wrong and that is why he did not call to say it was done. Loosing my phone number was convenient so he could not call me for the price change even though I repeated it twice to him before I left the car with him. When I first got the quote I stated the make and model of the car so as not to have any price change. I was a repeat customer at Midas and had a bill for an oil change done 4 months earlier at the cheaper price.
