I have been going to the 3800 Dufferin Local for 10 or more years and they are always Wonderful. They treat me like family.

Staff and management and owner incredibly well equipped the handle the work knowledgeable and courteous I have been following Marion wherever he was working over the last 30 years he is incredible knowledgeable mechanic and his staff I have never had an issue to come back for after they service my vehicles in the last 30 years

My inquiry via email was timely answered. Marwan was able to respond quickly with my queries and pricing as it is my first time at Midas. Upon my scheduled date, Sin was able to explain how their system works at Midas Dufferin, service was spot on.

Manager and technician very helpful and knowledgeable--got the job completed quickly and efficiently.

I don’t know a lot about cars and the service guys take the time to tell me what’s wrong and explain why it’s happening. Totally honest and friendly.

I had new tires installed and rhe material used to install rhe tires was left all over the tires.

It took 2 hours to complete all issues despite I was told it was busy and may take longer. Also, my car drives much better with the front brakes fixed and noise caused by loose belt adjusted.

I made an appointment on-line in a slot that the website said was available, but it turned out it wasn't, and nobody called me back about it.I then made an appointment over the phone, but when I arrived on the appointed day they told me it was for the following week. They did do the work, but I had to leave the car and come back later.

I have been following the owner of this shop for well over 25 years at a different Midas places he has worked he's honest hard-working and always willing to go the extra mile to help Marwan and his staff are amazing at the Dufferin Street Midas although I bought the brand new car from Chevrolet I still came to get my winter tires from him and will continue to do other services with him you have a great man running the shop

First time at this location. The staff servicing my vehicle was very rude and arrogant when showing me an issue with my car. Employees were also smoking around the vehicles which is not safe and very unsanitary. Overall experience was not good. I will not return to this location.
