They did good work and got it done in a relatively timely fashion, no services were pushed that didn't feel required for my vehicle to properly function and when they did tell me about it they didn't push to do it just that it needed to get done.
Saxon and his team were beyond helpful and insightful as I brought my 2003 Honda Element in for a much needed alignment. It has been a long time since I had the service done so it understandably took much longer than normal, but Saxon kept me up to speed on everything that was going on. add the real price of the service to include disposal fees, one cannot prices if that isn't visable, the $27.99 advertise is not the price i ended up paying, but there was no indication of what the fee was going to be.I brought the car in at 8am, and was told it was going to take 45 min to 1hr. I didn't get the car back until 11;30am 3.5 hours later. with no call back to inform me of the delay. overall, I would never come back again

I came in to get my suspension inspected and repaired. They were able to get my car in, determine the issue, and order the new part for repair, and install it first thing the very next day. As soon as each step became clear to their technicians they called me and provided a clear and polite explanation of each step and how they planes on moving forward.
I was told that there would be a wait for my oil change, due to a door malfunction. However, I was checked out within the hour and it was done much faster than I expected.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment online. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted. Once inspected, the technician advised me of the problem and cost to repair. The part needed was ordered right away but would not be available until the afternoon so I opted to make an appointment for the next day to have the work done. When I arrived for the follow up appointment, the repair was done promptly and within the time I was told. I am very impressed with Lonnie and the team at the Midas in Beaverton!

#1 Make sure the tires online reflect what is available in store. #2 When guests schedule (and in my case, reschedule and verify time via text,) please be honest if you're running late, and can't see us at that specific time slot. Not two hours later, like I had to wait.
Midas always takes care of my vehicle. They may be a bit pricey, but I trust them. I always know they will work on my car with integrity and quality.
The associate was friendly and took time to explain to me the issues with my car and what to do to rectify it.
Two times I have been in and both times they told me a different price than they quoted. Both times they oddly explained testing that was needed. When I brought up that it was different than I was told, they did take off the charges, but if I didn’t have someone esle helping me understand the charges, o probably would have just trusted them and paid the extra amount. I don’t like to have to worry about being duped.
The exact tire size was not available for my vehicle. The associate found an alternative he claimed was acceptable and it seems to be so after driving for a while. My spare tire , in good condition and installed upon arrival, was replaced but did not need to be. My flat tire (sitting in the back) was not replaced. The associate remedied the situation by replacing my flat AND my spare since my original spare was accidentally scrapped upon replacement. The associate reminded me of the Michelin rebate which I took advantage of later. I appreciated that he did so.

You can see that they are alway polite and courteous with customers and are very supportive to their staff. They even sprayed down my wife's grubby Challenger when I brought in in after my Patriot. Midas has been my "Go To" shop for over 10 years for all my vehicles needs. Lonny and crew have always been wonderful to work with.In this case my steering linkage broke of my 2000 F350 and had to be towed to Midas the truck was repaired in two working days.
The guy at the front seemed like he didn't want to be there or it was inconvenience him that I was there. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am and had to call at 2pm because I had not heard anything about the status of my vehicle.
I received a clear explanation of the services to be performed, treated like a valued customer, and was very pleased with the competent staff.

I went to fix the brake pan and at the end they change all the parts even the disc I went in on a Saturday I left and Sunday the car was making alot of noise and did not brake well so I called them on Monday they checked it and said it's nothing the noise stood there I called them again and let them know they said they changed the pads but not true and called back on Tuesday as my car was unsafe to drive and the person there was so unprofessional and at last he told me to take it took a drive with me and understood what I was talking about he said we will change the pads again it's a very disturbing noise so he did two days no noise and again the same problem I called him yesterday he said this is on you take it to your mechanic I told him this is the problem where you changed the disc so nothing to do with my mechanic so will take it again today but this person is rude I paid almost $500 dollars lost alot of time of work back and forth

I came in for rear brake pads only. Without my permission, Midas replaced the rear rotors and brake fluid. Total cost was to be $600 instead of the $200 I expected. I complained and they eliminated brake fluid replacement and labor for the rotors. It still cost me $350 for a service I expected to cost $200.
I was kept informed and issues described in language usage I could understandand what was needed to repair or fix my car.

When your doing a oil change don’t mess with anything but the departments to perform the oil change. No other part of the car should be tampered with.
Steven was working the front counter and was very helpful. I forgot to bring the lug nut locking key and he offered to get one from the auto parts store in the strip mall next door at no charge to me. They didn't have one so I was going to go back home, about 15 miles away, or make an appointment for another day, but it was my brakes that needed service, so they offered to try to get the locked lug nuts off another way. Lonnie was the tech working on my car and he kept me up to date with the progress and what would need to be done. The both went out of their way to get the job done. In the customer service industry it's very rare to get this level of great customer service.

I had a drop-in emergency with my car not starting even though it had been jumped. I had stopped by to order some tires and found that, although I had been driving around awhile, the car did not start again. Lonnie and his guys jumped the car but determined it needed a new battery. They installed an Interstate battery on the spot, and I left totally happy. That is the brand I want the most, and they all jumped in to help me at the end of their workday.

I came in for a engine light on issue and multiple things were fixed. All these years I thought choosing Midas was a good option but now I came to know it is just another fraud/scam company. As soon as I came home the next day again the engine light is on, I really don’t know what was fixed and it took two days to fix the issues when it was supposed to be completed in one day. So the work was not properly completed and charge/labor was too high. Now the question is is this regular practice that after every visit as soon as the vehicle leaves the shop Midas has no responsibility. Now I doubt the service provided as every six months I am having issue with engine light on and is it really getting fixed or is it just a scam

It started from the time Daniel answered the phone. Extremely courteous. He scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. The second is that Lonnie, the manager is the one that looked at my car. He came back out and sat down and explained exactly what my car might need. He was extremely kind and professional. He took a great deal of time and concern to go over my vehicle. He thoroughly checked the vehicle also for other things to make sure it was in good working order. I would give this Midas and A+ plus. Will definitely return.

2004 Pacifica blew a hole in the EGR valve and Midas replaced it. The day after the valve was replaced, it threw another code related to EGR. Turns out some Chryslers are very picky about using OEM replacement parts. I cant blame the shop for that; I would have used generic if Id done it myself. Lonnie and the good guys at Midas redid the repair for a small fee. These guys have always been straight with me, unlike at the local Chrysler dealer where they lie to my face.
