As soon as I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The friendliest honest person answered the phone which come to later find out was the manager. Great costumer service skills. For me right in with no appointment. I was shocked and so appreciative.

The system for ordering my brakes and rotors did not give the salesman enough information and O'Reilly auto had to make several trips extending my wait time. I would like to have had Willwood or Brembo brake pads as an offering someday by Midas.

I would prefer to wait in car and be only 15-20 minutes max.

Scheduling was last minute but very easy. They took care of my vehicle in a timely manner, charged a fair price, and the work has been stellar. I will be back!

Mike and his team were amazing. They helped us out after our car broke down on the side of the freeway. I love the long hours so we were able to get our car fixed before we would be stuck due to the new years weekend. Great communication and very kind and personable.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We received recommendations that weren't pushy and were informed along the way with progress. During the brake installation a bolt took longer than expected to get removed and we received multiple apologies about it as well as clear reasons why it took a while, providing us with confidence it was done well without any cut corners. The new ownership and management seem to be heading the office in the right direction.

Office staff was amazing, super helpful and kept apologizing about me having to wait. My wait during the whole process was less than an hour and they changed my oil quickly and efficiently!

The new owner and manager is top notch. They repaired an oil leak from last change where someone literally put the wrong bolt back in. There was a M12 1.25 bolt where there needed to be a 12 1.75! I'm blessed they adressed the problem perfectly saving me a $900-1100 for a mechanic to replace the entire oil pan. I Highly recommend The New Midas. I made my appointment the night before on line as they were closed. There system was simple to use without a glitch

A big shout-out to Mike and Gavin for resolving my F 350 Engine Light issue!My first choice to have the problem resolved was to go to the dealer that I bought the truck from; they said it would be 2 1/2 months before they could look at it----2 1/2 MONTHS!After I heard that, I called Midas in Bend, Or, that morning and Mike and Gavin said to bring the truck in that afternoon and they would run the diagnostics to determine what was going on. They found out what the cause was and stated calling around for parts. None were available locally so they reached out statewide and found some that could be delivered the next day.After the parts were delivered, work began the following day which turned out to be challenging; as it turns out, there were some bad parts that were delivered. Mike and Gavin stuck with the project until it was resolved. They kept me informed all during the process which was much appreciated!Bottom line, these guys are very professional and responsive---I highly recommend them as your go-to vehicle maintenance team.

Store special of $9.99 for oil change ended up costing over $70. Said he wasn't allowed to put conventional oil my vehicle(2016 Jeep Renegade) so special didn't apply. This after waiting 10-15 minutes to get signed in at store-I was the only customer and set up the time the day before. Never once felt that I was of any concern to anyone at the store. Will not return to this location. Also did not even check air pressure in tires(low air alert went off that morning) and I was told they didn't have time to do it-really????Under new ownership so I thought I would give them a try, probably will not do it again.
