I love this store! I’ve brought it twice requesting work and they communicated very well about the state of my car. For example, they said I will not need new break pads today since my current ones are still in good shape. They could have easily lied and said I needed them, like other mechanics do, but they were honest, thorough, and kind. I’ve been to so many shops over the years across the country and this location is by far the best customer service experience i’ve ever received. I have been recommending it to all my friends and family.

Lack of communication concerning matters pertaining to the status of the vehicle, and the final cost was quite a bit more than the original amount estimated for the work being done.
The techs are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. But more importantly than any of the above is that Eric and his team are honest. I have never felt like I was being scammed or cheated. Kudos for a rare team like this.

While waiting for my 1995 Bronco, the lead tech came to me and said the temp of day was to warm to reattach my rearview mirror (which had fallen off my windshield just days before). I was advised to bring the Bronco back in the am. I made the return appointment for the next business day (Monday 9am). While at the Monday appointment I asked if they could install new windshield wipers too. The wipers were installed right quick. Being wheelchair bound my mobile ability is limited. Midas has always made me feel as a welcomed customer. I will most definitely return for my ongoing maintenance and problem solving issues.

Disappointing experience. Heater wouldn't work except on high, Midas replaced the thermostat+labor and said, "the technician test drove it and everything is fixed and that my car's heating system is working fine now." Except it wasn't fixed and is working *exactly* like when I gave it to Midas to have it repaired.It's really simple; if you say you test drove it and tested the heating system then everything should be working fine now. If not, make it right.
