The service tech was very kind and professional, the customer area was clean. They were quick, and got my car in and out within 30minutes. It was a great experience, 10 out of 10 will come here again for my oil change.

They squeezed us in last minute during a road trip on a holiday weekend. They helped diagnose the issue in no time and got us back on the road at minimal cost to us. Front desk person was fantastic
Towards the end of my visit, I was informed that the boot on the front axle needed being replaced about a year ago. I had the front axle replaced. You would think they would put a new boot on it but they didn’t and also for $726 they put a reconditioned axle on my car also inform me that my acceleration sensor needed to be replaced. That associate was really helpful in putting the diagnostic tool on it.
I got an oil change one day the next my car is overheating what did they do to my car
I scheduled appointment on line for an oil change on Friday for following Monday. Received an email back saying someone would call within an hour to confirm. Never heard from anyone so just figured you did not need my business and made other arrangements.
I was happy with my service, and how fast my car was taken care of. People were polite and Friendly.

I Came in for a transmission flush this was in the request for the appointment and discussed when I brought in the vehicle. The receipt reads fluid exchange not transmission flush wich to my understanding according to midas website and multiple sources is not the same thing.
I bought 4 new tires and an alignment last visit. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told they couldn't rotate my tires with less than 30,000 miles wirh a 45,000 mile warranty and I wasn't offered an extra one with purchase. They told me and the lady in front of me who also had new tires that they needed replaced in front. Now I have to contact tire manufacture to see if they can be replaced for free. They gave me cheap tires.
The service I received was friendly and efficient. The issue I have with my car was not able to be fully addressed at the location and the staff were able to give me as much information as possible and referred me to a different shop to get my car taken care of.
They are just so friendly and they don’t try to up sell. I brought my truck in and they were great fixing it.
The mechanics did not have sufficient knowledge of VW tire issues. The information they provided for correcting the tire pressure dash light was incorrect and I had to research and correct the problem myself.
I usually go to a drive thru oil change and I am in and out in a few minutes. I do understand that with Midas is doing a multi numbered inspection of my vehicle to see what my need attention and the drive thru's are the basic. It took a hour from start to finish
John and his staff were very polite and informative regarding the service I had scheduled. They took the time to explain what was being done and John offered the coupons that helped in the end pricing.Over all I was very impressed with Midas in Medford OR, and will definitely return for other services and recommend them to others.

I am shocked at what happened! I went in expecting to have my tires rotated along with the oil change. I was called and told that they recommended me replacing two tires and did not tell me that they were not going to rotate the tires. They didn’t even tell me that my car was done when they should have. I waited after they told me about replacing the tires for 30 minutes and then I finally walked over to see if my car was done and they were just standing around waiting instead of calling me .The next day when I was driving, the tire pressure light came on and I had to go to a gas station to fill it up and the tenant said they were extremely low. My tires were fine prior to bringing my car to Midas When I asked about the tire pressure and made a comment about them not putting enough air into the tires when they rotated them, Austin said that they didn’t rotate them. Again, they did not tell me that they didn’t do that service. His attitude was awful. I’ll never go there ever again and I will definitely make sure to write a review to warn potential customers not to go there.
Quite happy until I returned after an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and transmission fluid change. The tire rotation did not happen because the clerk said front tire wear was such that they would not touch it which was demonstrably untrue since only the outer edges were worn which is why I brought it in for the alignment. I am not an idiot. Anyone with vehicle expertise as I have knows that the better tires should be placed in the front. I will be posting my complaint on YouTube where I have a large following. I was pressed into buying a higher priced package. I was told my car required a more expensive oil, which was not true. I was told inaccurate information regarding my tire conditions. Also told I needed new rotors and drums with a brake replacement quote. I already had the rotors and drums checked with a current quote elsewhere. $1,600 quote for brakes is outrages.
Austin Roy texted me in advance that I was due for service. I waited a week until you had a special on oil changes. I made my appointment within one day of service and made another appointment for my other vehicle. Both appointments went well and Austin has earned my trust in his expert advice and I have grown to trust him implicitly over the years. Austin and his crew make me feel appreciated and a part of the Midas family. I have not even thought of my vehicles anywhere else and will be buying my next tire purchase here as well.

The cost was less than anticipated. It was done in a timely manner.
The biggest problem I had was they did not plug in the alternator so it burnt out both batteries that I had bought. I spent $1500 there. Granite they did get me home I was going 400 miles away there's a way. But they had cut my fan shroud to remove the alternator rather than taking it off. And then they didn't plug in the Pig tail to the alternator so it was not charging the batteries. When I got home the truck died. So I recharged the batteries and in doing so I noticed that the fan shroud had been cut. And the alternator was not plugged in period so I took it to my mechanic they got it all working again and alternate resolution twe alternator was only charging 12.2 V. So I took it back home and replaced the alternator myself and tested it with my voltage meter and that new one is charging at 14.9 V. You guys did get me home and it was easy to schedule and everybody was nice, but I feel ripped off. I would not recommend you guys
The part was delivered,and did not fit ~ so, the correct part had to be ordered and the service completed the next day. It delayed my trip for 24+ hours…

I’ve taken another vehicle to Midas in the past and this vehicle was also taken to Midas in the past. This time they replaced all brakes and rotors. Also replaced the front tie rods. The manager does a great job and keeps things running smooth at this office for sure.
The employees were great but they were limited to minor repairs based on the shop size with a bigger shop they would be able to bring in more clients in turn more profit

I was given an appointment that fit my schedule, when I arrived, my vehicle was immediately worked on, fast examination of my issue & quickly presented with an estimate free of any charges! I was in & out with 30 minutes!
My vehicle is highly mechanically compromised by the oil filter exploding and completely draining oil from my vehicle rendering is completely shut down. The company towed it back to the store at no cost to me and assured me that they had remedied the problem by replacing oil and new filter. I asked them to drive it before I returned home (an hour away over a mountain pass). I didn’t listen to the motor before I drove away feeling that I could trust their professionalism. This morning. ( the next day ) I started the engine and heard a very loud clapping in the top of the motor which hadn’t been there before. I had my brother listen and concurred that the sound hadn’t been there before the incident. I called Ethan and told him the circumstances and he said bring it back in and they would do another oil change at no cost to me. Logically they had previously done that the day of the incident. Given the distance of travel and the lack of concern I question the professionalism of the store and protocol to such a mishap. Presently the vehicle is at a certified mechanic doing a true diagnostic assessment. I will be speaking with the Central Avenue Medford store after assessment
Quick check in. Courteous. Quiet waiting room. Bathroom clean and coffee available. Part ordered, delivered, and installed in a reasonable time.
I could not tell the store was open when I pulled up, maybe they need to turn on a sign that says open. Guy at the counter was very nice. I had an appointment to look at air conditioning, they also recommended air filter and said would be done in 30 min. The part arrived 1 hour later. When I got home discovered my radiator was leaking and drove back. The orig. mechanic had left, so some one else had to look at what the issue was. another 1 1/2 later he told another guy at the desk my hose had not been re connected tight enough. They gave me my car and I finally got to work 3 hours late. Im now worried something else will go wrong with the work they did. Sorry, but they lost my trust and business.

The chairs were really stained and gross looking. At first I didn't even want to sit down on them while I waited for my car to serviced as that how badly stained they were. Totally outdated reading material in lounge area. Would been such a boon for you if you opened a small coffee vendor in a small portion of the parking lot. We are a captive audience while waiting for our cars and I think you could make a fortune by having a Human bean coffee.

I was offered transportation, but I decided to wait and read the magazines and use the free WIFI to send emails and do some research. Midas did the great job and professional oil change. They went above and beyond to find oil filter for it because it was missing one and was hard to find. The diagnostic sheet that they do on your car for free on the oil change is well worth it. They seem to have the best prices on oil changes anywhere. I've come to Midas for oil change and repair work before. I highly recommend them. I will be back when I need an oil change.

oil change was adequate. The tech did not apply a sticker with the date and mileage in my window when the oil change was complete this is a but important component to the work and takes 30 seconds. Service is going downhill.
Had to return for repair on something that had been fixed but issue continued. The part was warranted but l had to pay $300 for labor again. They fixed in one day and were friendly.

Needed to bring car back after lube/oil/tire rotation due to tire air pressure sensor light on - technician said air was slightly low in one tire and adjusted it - I conversed with him that usually the sensor has to be reset...he didn't seem to think so.
Midas does not honor the lifetime warranty on their work. Don?t expect them to cover the work they do. If there?s any problem afterwards you?ll have to go somewhere else to get it fixed and pay for it again
Only flaw is guy forgot to go over inspection report with me but I didn't remember it at the time either.
