I noticed my Kia was hesitating recently and light just came on. Literally was driving past Midas on my way home from errands and thought I'd pop in to just schedule an appointment. They weren't too busy at the time, and Stephen (first name basis as a long time customer for several vehicles) immediately offered to quickly run a computer diagnostic . As it turns out, it was an issue I had to go to my dealer to repair. It will be covered under my extended warranty. Stephen printed out for me the results so I could call the dealership. No charge. Stephen, and all of the technicians there, Craig today, are always super friendly and go above and beyond. If you ever need to show new managers how to provide customer service, this team are absolutely the best!

Staff was awesome! The manager greeted me right away and offered coffee/tea and made sure I had what I needed while waiting for my car. Entire experience was great.

I knew when I was bringing my car into being inspected I had problems that were likely going to need to be addressed in order to pass. Craig and the rest of the staff were wonderful in looking at my car prior to starting the inspection and noting the parts that were needed to pass inspection and also what was recommended for my own well-being on the road. They allowed me to look at the car on the left to see exactly what was wrong and what was recommended, then they gave me a clear breakdown of pricing and what the total would be to fix everything. Being satisfied with that number I permitted them to do the work and they were able to complete it within a very reasonable amount of time while I waited. I have used this location before and I was extremely pleased with their service which is why I returned.

The gentleman who helped me at the counter ( I cannot remember his name but he was working on 2/17/24) was incredible. He was friendly and helpful. The service was prompt.

Quick and easy just what an oil change should be

I have been having my car serviced at the same location for about 15 years. The staff greets me by my name and offers me coffee or tea. If I have an emergency or hear a noise in my car and stop in without an appointment they will find time to check. The manager explains to my understanding the issue with my car.

I called with a problem I was having with my car and Stephen (manager) told me to bring it down anytime. I was there within 15 mins, he called and had the problem diagnosed within the hour and the car was ready by the end of the day. And the most astonishing thing was they called me when the car was finished. This seems like a simple thing but is rarely done by other service establishments I have dealt with. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop and my visit.

I was visiting from out of state when my alternator went out. I tried to go to the closest garage which was a Firestone but I was greeted by an employee who said “you couldn’t have come at a worse time. We are busy and understaffed.” I panicked because it was starting to pour and I had my 2 small children with me. I googled the next closest garage and found Midas a mile and half down the road but they were getting close to closing for the day. I talked to Steve who was incredibly friendly and very helpful. He calmed me down and assured me he would take care of my van in no time. One quick call to AAA and we were on our way from one garage who clearly didn’t want our business to a garage who cared. Steve and his co-worker were amazing and made a HUGE difference in my and my kids’ day and the rest of our trip. Thank you so much!

I had my car in to have the oil changed and to fix an annoying sound. The sound is fixed and the car is running smoothly. They finished the whole job in about a 1/2 an hour and they serve coffee and TV. It's a nice place. I'll be back.
