The technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue and since it was so minor, there was no charge. I was very surprised! Rest assured, I will be back - not expecting more for free, but because it was a 5 minute, easy fix and I wasn't charged for the time. Very good customer service, and others will hear about it!

Midas on Lehigh street is awesome. I have used them in my wife’s car the last two oil changes, a set of tires, and just did inspection and full rear brakes. Waited with car and was out within an hour and a half. Front desk worker was informative and helpful. Thanks guys, See you next oil change.

Thor was wonderful, but he was out sick so had to deal with 2 different managers covering. Work was not completed properly even though notes were placed on workorder. Had to return as they never put space tire back on rack of car. I left and looked and noticed tire was not there. Went back in and the brand new tire was not put on the spare rim, it was laying in shop. Also, while waiting another person was leaving and the service guy ran out after and stopped him to torque his tires as he forgot to do so. They were rushing as they were so far behind. I said that was a safety issue and the manager said he told the guys they need to slow down and get things right the first time. Not good to rush and just have to do the work over again. I had to get to a doctor appointment and left in a hurry and then noticed I was also over charged and had to go back the next day again. While I understand there were people filling in, it seemed very rushed, unorganized and then I had concern about safety.
Be careful to replace proper amount of oil to vehicle when doing oil change. For some reason I decided to check level, could have caused serious problems. I had to return. I was in the shop for less than an hour, which is amazing.I've been a Midas customer for twenty years. i worried that the change of would make it harder or higher charge. it didn't Midas is much warmer and comfortable compared to a dealer, and can still do it all.

I was highly satisfied because they were able to get me in at my requested appointment time range. They provided a fast service and joked I could stay longer if I wanted because I was surprised it was shorter than time expected. We talked about my car briefly since it was a new purchase. I've come there the last 2 times for my oil change (2 previous times with my old car) and I don't have a complaint per se just a curiosity. This time I requested the appt online. It said I would get notified if it could be made and I didn't get a notification. I called to schedule it and got told I was already scheduled. That was a surprise to me.

Thor and his team went above and beyond to help get the right tires for my Hyundai Elantra, and were able sell higher mileage tires to me for the same rate of my previous tire I purchased from this Midas. Thor was kind and explained everything to me and tried his best for me to get as much savings as possible. I highly recommend his team and will be back in the future!

Your company is a rip-off! My tire blew on me and as upset as I was, I was even more upset how much they charged me for one tire.
We take all three of our vehicles to this Midas location. We are extremely satisfied with their service every time. The manager is easy to talk to. He explains what they will be doing, how much it will cost and how long it will take. I always get the feeling that he really cares about us and our vehicles.
The manager, Thor, is always friendly and helpful. We were very pleased when he said to bring our vehicles in the same day for state inspections without an appointment. My wife always raves about the care they gave her vehicle, getting rid of a wheel noise, when other shops didn't know how to fix it. We are now loyal customers to this location. Thanks!
Oil change was fine however I purchased tires along with a warranty and I am still waiting for my tires to be replaced. I am currently driving on tires that are down to a "2".which is hazardous and after paying almost 800 dollars and driving less than 10,000 miles I shouldn't need new tires

The speed of the work and the guys working there are great! The only issue I had was when getting my car inspected immediately after, my mechanic (after initially being the reason I went there) told me I paid too much for what I got. $290 for a section of pipe with a sloppy weld. The car passed inspection but I was advised never to go to a chain store for exhaust repair.

I took it with a tire with a bolt stuck in it. They never noticed it and I did it purposely. Not only that but they said something was wrong with my car that wasnt wrong with my car because I just went to a Jeep dealer and got a diagnosis not only that a part replacement and Midas still didnt mention anything but what they wanted to say was wrong with my car after me paying the dealership for a diagnosis and a pet replacement. ..now I know they must have took parts off my car and replaced it.
