2 hr to mount and balance tires seems a little long I was quoted 1hr but bunch time came it seem they took there lunch, didn’t tell us anything and when I stated it was taking a long time they did care and told me it takes a long time to air up tires to 80psi … my personal shop air compressor can do that in 3 minutes?

I bring my work trucks on a regular basis to your shop. You have serviced my ambulances greatly over the years and I have brought tons of work to your shop. I brought my personal vehicle in for inspection and due to a new battery I was unable to get a emissions test. I was charged for the test and told that I need to come back. Why did they charge me for a test that cant be completed?
Don't reschedule my appt for a time when the inspectors not even there. Also you didn't even reset my dashboard warning lights, so right now it looks like nothing was even fixed with my brakes.

A part was left off my vehicle by the service technician. I noticed it when I returned home. I returned to the Midas location. The technician searched the service area and found the missing part. They then replaced the part on my vehicle. It was frustrating to have to return to your store. It was only by "dumb luck" that I noticed the part was missing. Someone needs to pay more attention to details.
Mechanic was not even listening..during inspection they did some oil peak work..after that service , more oil leak strated to happen..i brought my car again and they said it is not because of us so we cant do anything..i still try to explain but they did not bother to listen…i took my car to other mechanic and he found the issue like it was done my midas mechanic where they put gasket inside engine which was causing this issue…ridiculous
There were multiple attempts to scam me. 1) telling me it would be $100 for vehicle inspection, after finding out they cannot charge more than what the state requires I pushed back and they gave up. 2) they insisted that I needed $1100 worth of work on my car (when reading reviews this was a common theme with the exact same problem) I took my car to my reliable mechanic and he shook his head saying I didn’t need any of those line items done. I passed the inspection at his shop and saved myself $1100. If I wasn’t an analyst who researches things before purchasing they would have scammed me and potentially ruined my car. The reviews for this place are all negative for a reason
The staff at this location goes out of their way to communicate all necessary aspects of any required repair. They will also take the time to explain in terms easily understood by even the non-mechanically inclined.
I have been dealing with midas for awhile and I am proud of there work performance and there hospitality. The care for the cars are great and I have told alot of people about how midas works on the cars.

Easy to schedule with. If I have to wait on the service, they always get my vehicle in on time. If I drop off, within a few hours, I know when I can pick-up. Service pricing is fair, and I don't get pushed on other services. I get recommendations and next service, we should get something done. Eric is great to work with

I had my oil changed and tire rotation and asked to please have all fluids checked. All services were completed. Communication was excellent. As a woman taking her car in for service I have never felt comfortable. That was quite the opposite at Midas in BRIDGEVILLE. I’d like to thank everyone for their kindness and expertise.
