I thought the labor hour was too much for the speed the mechanic was working at. He wasn’t working at $590.00 speed in my book and he took lots of breaks and didn’t even care that I could see him.

The person who changed my oil left part of the old sticker on my windshield. They also put today's date and mileage on the new sticker instead of the next date and mileage oil change reminder.

I made an attempt to to schedule an appointment on the website and when an hour went by without correspondence, I decided to be proactive and call the center myself. After speaking briefly with salesperson, I took my car in, had it inspected and received the damage report later in the day. The next day my vehicle was ready for pickup in the early afternoon.

I was given an appointment of 7:30 while the tech was not scheduled to arrive until 9am. I had committed to waiting for the car. Once the tech arrived it took 20min to do the inspection. I had to be there over 2hrs

I made a 1 p.m. apppintment and arrived 10 minutes early but my car did not even enter the service bay until 3 p.m. I was told "We get a lot of walk-ins in the afternoon." Why that sshould override my appointment was not explained.

I had a leak in my tire. I went to 9 different places. I drove past Midas and discover the store was open. I turned around and stopped talked to the manager and he said we will get you right in. Great steady and clean job the staff did.

They completed the work that was needed in a timely manner, and also made me aware of other issues that needed to be fixed, but weren’t imperative. They increased the efficiency of my car due to issues that were on the verge of becoming harmful to my car. They were very friendly and explained everything in detail to me.

We brought car in for inspection oil change tire rotation I was told they could not doe inspection too early, not true! I asked for just the oil change and rotation. Came to pick up inspection was done but no oil change or tire rotation. I don't know why?

There is a disconnect between the website and the shop. I made an appointment and indicated I was waiting with the car, but my car and I waited for an hour to be brought into the shop, only after I had to ask when it would be done. And even though I booked through the website that advertised a coupon, the discount was not applied until I questioned it in the shop.

They completed the work required in a timely manner.

For the damage done to my car, others told me it could take a week or two. They fixed my car in 2 days!

Dropped my car off at opening (7:30 AM) for an oil change and inspection/emissions. Didn’t hear anything all day and had to call the next morning for an update. Was told I needed new tires and suspension arms to pass inspection ($1,100+), which was surprising because the tires weren’t that old and I was experiencing zero issues with handling/braking/etc… I declined the services and took my car to the Mazda dealership where they told me I didn’t need any of that and passed my inspection. Extremely disappointed in this experience - many people wouldn’t have questioned anything and would’ve been out a lot of unnecessary money.

Aaron is the best service writer that I have ever dealt with, bar none. He is personable, knowledgeable, effective, and I am very pleased with our years bringing both of our cars to him and his team!
