Everyone I spoke with were extremely respectful and kind. Explained everything they needed to in a way I could understand and didn’t try to confuse me at all.

One of the most expensive places in town to get a vehicle inspection. Labor cost for inspection as well as repairs is pretty high. Unfortunately it’s also one of the faster and easier options so I chose to pay for convenience.
I didn’t even receive a receipt after I requested one. I was told it would be emailed to me and never was. He also was not clear on pricing at all. I wish I received a clear pricing sheet and have options for my purchases.
Everything was fine, the staff was super friendly and they did my oil change quickly, the waiting room was clean. The only problem was at the very end when they brought my car around to me and I got in it smelled like cigarette smoke. I don't care if the employee smokes personally, but they need to be careful when they're smoking and dealing with customer's cars. I hate the smell of cigarettes and had to use air freshner in my car afterwards. Not the end of the world but it's a turn off for someone who doesn't smoke.

I have been going to Midas for oil changes for about a year now, and I have received other services from this location in the past as well; I needed to get some work done on my vehicle to prepare for inspection, and I feel like I got ripped off for my breaks and rotors. They also tried telling me that I needed a part that would cost me between $600-700 for parts and labor for a squeaking sound my car was making; I ended up getting my car inspected somewhere else, and it only needed a new sway bar that cost me about $125 for parts and labor. I go to Midas for oil changes from now on, and that's it; I don't trust them to do anything more than that.

As a retired dealer Service Manager, I brought 2 cars to get a LOF and ROT. 1st one my truck was completed buy a qualified tech in a timely manner. My 2nd was a SUV, and this tech did not impress at all very slow and seemed to lack knowledge. He almost let the SUV down prior to re-installing the plastic access covers back X2 drain plug and filter access. I pointed it out thru the window. He raised the lift and installed what he would have for gotten and that took quite a while seemed he could not remember the orientation, but he finally got it. Ill return but won't let him do my work.

I was almost taken advantage of by discrimination of me being a woman. Was quoted over $1400 in parts that I didn't even need replaced 4 months after I had my inspection done at this place. Highly considering reporting this location to have license revoked so no other woman is taken advantage like I was. Luckily my father is a mechanic and reassured me what needs replaced and what doesnt due to the grimmey businesses that a mechanic shop will pull on women. I will spread the word to as many people as I can to never go to this place ever again.
Scheduled appointment online over a week in prior. When I arrived, there were no tires there, and the price was almost $100 more than online quote. I had to come back three days later to have tires installed. Brian honored the quote I received. How about being prepared for your guests' visit and not making them take time to return.

The front desk manager said that his manager was on him about his numbers not in line with last year's numbers. I knew this situation was going to play on my situation and was going to be an unnecessary costly visit. I wasn't given options for which oil change I wanted, I was automatically charged for the most expensive one. I wasn't given options for my brake services that was needed. I was just given the most expensive and unnecessary option. I did not need the life time brake pads as this is probably the last set this car will ever need. What a waste of money, disappointed, I felt like I was also treated like this because I am a woman. Unacceptable and I will not be back. Also my lug nuts were ridiculously over tightened. The rep. gave me the full synthetic oil when I requested the synthetic blend oil which I have been using since I purchased my vehicle somev three years ago. The fees were overthe price quoted to me when I set my appointment t by phone.
Gave me a free estimate. Pulled my vehicle in right at the scheduled time. Gave me info to fix problem myself because they said it was too big of a job to tackle and that they had a guy quit that morning so they were short staffed.

Listen to your customers. I raised a concern about them using the wrong part on my car and they told me I was wrong. After sitting there for hours they in fact did have the wrong part and I was correct. What was supposed to be under an hour took almost 5.

I always get treated well by the guys at my Midas shop. They never try to nickel and dime me with upgrades in service beyond what I need, and they seem knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.
Make sure technicians are using seat covers and floor mats in customers cars. Also the technician should not be turning up the volume of a customer’s radio. My radio was on pretty loud when I picked up my car.
The oil needed for my oil change was not kept in stock so it took longer than expected. The oil change light remains on in my car after I have left the garage.
I asked for a full synthetic oil change. After waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment time, they put conventional oil in. I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to correct the issue and put full synthetic in. They did not charge me for the oil change but it wasted two hours of time.
