One word: Honesty. The repair could have been quite expensive, and I was ready to pay far more, because the damage to the exhaust system seemed very bad. But instead, the repair was under $100 and done in far less time than I expected! But best of all, the owner of this location made it clear that he was not interested in ripping me off, he wanted me to come back again for the next service - and FOR SURE I will. I've had lots of problems with dishonest service facilities; glad to find a place where I am not treated like a wallet to be squeezed.

I have been going to this Midas for at least 10 years because of the consistency of their service. Steve and Jackie are upfront and go above and beyond to provide top notch customer engagement. On this particular visit, Jackie knew right away what was causing the issues i had explained when i booked the appointment for an oil change and had asked for the tech to see if there was a problem while he was with the vehicle. Jackie had also so kindly made me aware of 2 open recalls on my Kia. She did not have to do that but it made me very extra grateful to know that i can trust and depend on them.
