So I stopped by the Midas shop and must say I was blown away. I spoke to Mike when I got there and he had Lamar bring the car in to take a look at it after looking at it Mike broke the news that the repair would probably cost $1900, plus a few hundred because my tires were ready to go and my rear shocks needed to be replaced. This was not the news I was looking for at all however, Mike made it much easier to digest. He explained to me my choices that the car would need to get fixed , if I wanted to sell it or traded in, but more importantly, if I intended to keep it, getting it fixed, would likely give me another two years of use. He told me that looking at it quickly aside from some cosmetic damage. The car looked to be in good and well maintained shape. When I said that I worried about the cost, he explained different options that Midas offers I said I would think about it look at the offers for financing and get back to him in a few days. Lamar brought my car out and wish me a nice day. All I was very impressed from start to finish with my Midas visit.
The technician that did my work was an excellent welder and knew what he was doing. You can tell he had a lot of experience.

My appointment was easy to schedule. The rep explained the service and the price and how long the wait would be. I was satisfied with all three. The representative was friendly and courteous. Very helpful.
Bruce was very accommodating in scheduling the service. When I arrived at the scheduled time they took my vehicle promptly and offered to provide a ride home or let me wait for the vehicle. All services were completed that day to my satisfaction.
Stop lying to customers just to try to milk them out of spending more money. The person at the front told me my tire was worn out so they couldnt pass my inspection when I just bought two new front tires less than 3 months ago. He suggested i buy new tires from them in order to pass but I told him no thank you because my tires are perfectly fine. So i went elsewhere to get my inspection done and it passed!! The staff is truly sickening and wasted my $60 for absolutely nothing.

Be more clear with coupon pricing. It seemed like a bait and switch. I could have gone to the dealership and gotten a better oil change deal instead of coming to Midas with the coupon. I also asked for a quote on brakes but never got pricing.

Fire dude that tried to scam me for $1400. I went to replace a popped tire and get an oil change to get my inspection.He lied, saying that I needed another tire, new brakes, and other things on a brand-new 2019 car. When I said no thank you he tried to scare me into it by saying I would get a $500 ticket for not having an inspection done. I told him I did not have the money and he tried to force me to get a credit card through you guys.I went across the street to Pepboys and they said that I would need new brakes by the end of the year probably but I passed inspection and they fixed my tire I didn't need the other tire he said I would need to pass inspection they just rotated them.And for the total of everything that would have cost me $1400 at Midas PepBoys told me it would be $600 to do it all there but they told me it wasn't even all necessary and I only spent $300 (inspection and stickers included) not $1400! I am young but I am not stupid and this is fraud!
I waited for 3 hours for a phone call about service needed to be done, aside from the oil change and alignment I asked for. Never received the call, and decided to go back to the store since they were closing soon. When I arrived, they stated the service that was needed and quoted more than double what another shop quoted. I denied the work but asked for the oil change to still be completed. Oil change was also almost double what I normally pay. The knowledge of employees is apparent but the prices are beyond outrageous.
I arrived early took my car in. Said it would take about 25 minutes. Was quick and fast in and out. Even explained a couple of things that I need in the future.
The cost of goods should be explained in detail prior to service. I should have asked but I didn't feel the need to . I thought what he told me sounded reasonable. Good salesman Mike & Bruce. I drive backroads to work ~20 miles round trip 1 time a week if that. I should have asked for the parts. NEVER AGIAN.
I had a coupon for 29.99 conventional oil change. The service manager explained my car is suggested to take synthetic which is more expensive but he would credit me 20 off the total price for 59.99. Upon leaving I ended up paying 69.99. So the price went up multiple times during my visit.
The Midas website allows scheduling of appointments at 7:30 am, however the Midas shop does not begin handling appointments until 8:30 am.
I scheduled an appointment for a state safety inspection. The service provider was nice but I paid $94. I learned later that it is much cheaper to get the inspection done elsewhere. I think they put bogus charges.

I didn't have someone to drive me home after dropping off my car or to bring me back to pickup my car, and the technicians there were able to give me a ride for both trips which allowed me to get my car back on the same day.

I took my car in to have the A/C recharged. I dropped it off at 9:30am and received a call at 12:30 saying it needed a recharge and should be done within the hour. I didn't hear anything for 2 hours, so I went back to the store and once I got there they actually started the recharging process, only to have them say that my car would not take freon and they couldn't complete the service.6 hours wasted.
The Manager Mike was the Best! Friendly informed me of the cost and even gave me the options for my upcoming Inspection in October!! Even the mechanic was friendly.Simply put, Great Service Center snd Team!!!!
I scheduled my appointment online and some one was supposed to call to verify the appointment. I never received a call. I wasn't sure if I had appointment until I got there. I gad a coupon for an oil change and was told that it was for a conventional oil change. He didn't deduct that from the oil change I had. Every time I went they always deducted from the total.
Bruce and the team were very friendly and thorough - it was a very last minute appointment, and everything was done in less than half a day. I would definitely return and recommend to others!

I setup the oil change apt due to the Midas website $20 coupon being offered at the location I chose. Mgr on duty stated at end of oil service they would not honor the coupon because they were a franchise store. I stated the coupon was from the Midas website and had it even had the stores address on it. The Desk clerk was obviously using bait and switch tatactics to try and not honor the Midas coupon. He even said do I really need the $20 discount.. at which I responded that the only reason I setup the appointment in the 1st place was due to the $20 coupon being offered off Midas website. Clerk then told me I should tone down my attitude after his actions had gotten me very angry. Absolutely a horrible experience.
The guys at this location kept me informed with everything that was happening to my vehicle. I asked them to diagnose any additional issues, and they fully explained what they were and options to fix them.
The technician who worked on my car was competent, organized and efficient. I believe he did a good job.

I scheduled an appointment for my state inspection only to discover I had a problem with my registration and had to leave. They rescheduled me for Monday morning but I was able to resolve my registration issue and called them back and they managed to fit me in, which I am very grateful for.

Customer Service Manager Bruce was very helpful throughout the process. I had an exhaust issue that I wasn't sure about and the mechanics were able to locate the problem and fix it. Bruce contacted me with the work that had to be done and the price and that enabled me to get work done on my air conditioning which the guys were able to take care of on the same visit. Bruce was friendly and forthright throughout the process and that is something you don't always expect/receive when getting work done on your vehicle. Great job all the way around.
