They broke parts on my car...I had to wait 6 hours total for all the work to be completed. They didn't communicate the problem with me right away. Also was in a rush at the end didn't fill up the new tires with air properly. The air pressure light was on.

It just took to long for oil change and tier rotation. Appointment was for 10am at 1:30pm I called to see what was going on. Was told my car would be completed by 2pm. Received a call a few minutes later to say not to come until 2:30pm. I feel the time frame was too long.
My service was under warrantee and did not cost me anything!!! However- I dropped car off at 8:30 in morning and had no contact until I called at 3:00 to check on progress! I was informed that my car was done(they forgot to call)and no charge for service!!!(the same part was replaced a little over a year ago!! Just disappointed since I could have gad my car back sooner!!I will still go back for future service!!!
The service tech did an excellent job installing my new muffler and custom piping for my exhaust. My V8 Dakota sounds like a true V8 now. Dylan also did an excellent job helping me explore my options as well the added benefits associated with the Midas card.

I was highly satisfied with my experience as the Midas staff were able to explain the issues I had with my car and were able to provide me with different methods to help manage payments such as signing up for the member card and go through with a payment plan.

I felt very comfortable dealing with Rob, he was very honest and know I can trust him and his staff with my car.
I’ve been coming to this location for years. The pricing was always fair and no one tried to sell me things I didn’t need. This visit was completely different. To pass inspection, my car needed brakes. I was quoted $729 for front brakes, a fluid service that was an upsell, and inspection/emissions. I quickly called the car dealer to see what they would charge for brakes if I brought the car to them. They only recommend the fluid service if they see an issue, not as a preventative service and their price for breaks was almost $100 more than Midas. And that’s after the representative claimed to be giving me a deal on the price. I also did a quick search for the price at another competitor a few miles away and their price was less too. During that search, I found a Midas online coupon. When I called back, I mentioned the coupon and dissatisfaction with the pricing. I was able to use the coupon and get a rebate, but those just brought the price down to what the dealer quoted. That was a lot of work to get the price down to what a dealer would charge.

I called for a quick oil leak diagnostic. They fit me in at 830am and apparently discovered oil pan gasket leak which I took in face value as being truthful. Had it replaced and out the door by 1030 same day.

The engine on my Hyundai Sonata was blown and I had AAA tow it there where I called them in a panic and they were so nice, called me when my vehicle arrived there safely and communicated back with the estimate for a new engine. I came back the day after the holiday to get it towed to the dealership for the warranty coverage. They provided me print out copies of all my services I’ve had been getting here since 2017 and took care of me right away and very friendly! I took my car here for annual emissions and inspection. They passed my vehicles emissions and charged me. And then told me that in order for them to approve me for my annual inspection I have to pay them $500 for engine issues! My Lexus gets all of its scheduled maintenance checks, and there were no apparent issues I could tell. I immediately drove all the way to the Lexus dealership and they passed my car for free noting they couldnt find any issues.
