When I realized that my oil change had turned low and could not reach the dealer I called Midas. I used them a few years ago after we had a rare Tornado and the dealership was destroyed also for an oil change. When I called in a panic John was so nice and said come on over we will take care of you and they DID! I would highly recommend this Midas as it was a wonderful experience helping me calm down and know it would be done in a professional manner.KUDOS to this location and John too. Make sure your associates understand the financing. First I had issues setting up my appointment. I scheduled online and was told that I would receive a call from the store to confirm, I never did. Apparently the store confirmed the appointment but never let me know. Then I rescheduled for the next day. The store was aware that I was coming in for an inspection, however, when I arrived I was told that they ran out of stickers the day before. Again, no communication. Four days later they got stickers. I ended up needing tires. I was hesitant about the price and was strongly encouraged to apply for financing. When it was approved I was told that the number I saw was how much I was being financed and that I wouldn’t be needing all of it. In fact the number was what I was being charged to finance on top of what the service total was. Now I am paying over $4k for a service that was $1.3k. On top of that I had to wait there over 5 hours for this service to be done. I will not return to this location, maybe not any if they are all like this.

Brought my truck in for an oil change....and why they were doing their routine vehicle inspection they found that my rear shocks were severely worn. Took me out to the shop to show me....gave me a price and said they could have it done by lunch time...sure enough lunch time came and they called saying my truck was ready.

I tried to schedule an oil change at a Midas closer to my home by filling out an online appointment request. They never got back to me to confirm the appt. I filled out a new request with Midas in Feasterville Pa at 925 Street Rd and got a phone call within ten minutes to confirm the appt for the next day. It was great. It turned out I was the first customer early the next day. It worked out great.

I used Midas for years and had a problem and it was resolved. This time they told me they checked the entire truck out and needed $1023.98 worth of work done. I agreed to have the truck fixed plus have a oil change as well. When I came to pick up the truck the ABS light was still on and they asked us to have a seat while they fixed the senor light on the dashboard. When I got in the truck the very next time the ABS light was on again so I called Midas and took it back to them to get the light off. At that point they told me it will be another thousand some dollars to fix again. That is a total disgrace. I paid the day before for everything to be checked out and fixed. I am very disappointed I paid for something that wasn't even fixed.
Randy at the front desk explained the services completed, went over the bill, suggested future service recommendations based on the technician's comments. I felt comfortable and well informed.

I’ve been to this Midas before for service and the woman that worked there was very pushy, and I said to myself that I would never go back there, but this visit was an emergency and Reynolds was very knowledgeable and informative and seemly genuine person, he explained everything to me and didn’t push services on me. I went to Midas because my starter went and I wound up getting not just the starter but everything I needed to have my car running safely. I would definitely go back and recommend this Midas to any and everyone.
In the past, I was taken advantage of due to the fact that I was a female and I came in for one thing and was told that I needed other things that was just pit on my car....I failed an inspection but three other places passed me!

Every time you go for an oil change it seems like they find something wrong with your vehicle. A little suspicious to me. Anyone in the store complains about this also. Rip offs. Trying to get you to pay more money for more services.

I came in for a tire patch but also wanted an opinion on vehicle maintenance since the truck now has over 100k miles on it. I had my car inspected at Midas in June and it failed for safety had a few issues on the front end ( ball joints) ok no problem it sat in our driveway for weeks until we had a chance to work on it only drove it locally once in a while I’m sure we didn’t even put 100 miles on it by the time we got around to fixing it. we fixed the issue and brought it back for reinspection last eeek and now it failed again and they noted all kinds of problems with the back end. How is that even possible the vehicle was parked up for months. How is that possible they didn’t not that with the inpection we had done in June???

The tech that serviced my vehicle gave the paperwork back to the desk associate without rotating the tires if I had not been in the waiting room I would’ve picked up my car paid for the rotation of my tires and wouldn’t have been done. The tech it worked on my Car spent more time on his phone that he did working on my car. This is why he probably forgot to do the tire rotation that was listed on the bill because he was too distracted by using his phone almost the whole time he was performing services.

I made an appointment for 12 pm and I arrived at 11:45 and checked in but my car was not takin enough into service bays until 12:54 and I was particularly upset it took that long to get my work started since I was waiting with the car. I've used this Midas for 20 years. This time my wife got an oil change. I had a coupon and normally the local Midas would still take a store coupon if I forgot mine. For just more than $10.00 this dealership has probably lost my 20 business relationship.
