I made an appointment for an oil change at 730. I said I was going to wait online. Michele told me that car won't be started until 830..so why have a scheduled appy at 730. Should be 830 . Then I am on an extreme financial hardship and indicated that I only have so much to do on card Then she said to try a midas card and I was declined. Then asked the store manager John if he can provide any other assistance and he flat on said no I have brought my cars there for a few years and never q problem until now. I went to another repair shop that accommodated me as well as had a cheaper price and very friendly. So that's where I will be going from now on
Typically I have a good experience. I needed to complete a brake issue in order to pass inspection. The work was done, however, upon return and test drive, the brake travel/response as well as application of the parking break required too much input to react. Will need to take the vehicle back to have adjusted/fixed - hopefully at no cost to me since this was not a problem when I brought the vehicle in.

Although Midas had the best price for full synthetic oil change I think the price is still too high. It's also confusing about the different between full synthetic and synthetic blend oil performance. We survived for 50 years on conventional oil and now we're paying more than double for "synthetic".

Upon check-in I handed in a coupon, she took it and typed something in the computer. I started out the door and realized I wanted all the services that were printed on the coupon to be performed. If not the only thing that would have been done was just the oil change. I feel she should have asked me if I wanted the other services done.

I came in anticipating a bill of around 85.00 and left paying 687.00. Not Midas's fault but did not make me a happy camper either.
I called this location from the parking lot of my original car dealer as I had tried to drop my vehicle off there for inspection before I left town for a road trip and the dealer couldn't get the job done. I dropped the vehicle off a few minutes later at midas and it was done with much professionalism later that day.

I choose oil change providers based on price. I called to inquire about the price for a full synthetic oil change and was quoted 79.99. I said I had a coupon for 20.00 off and was told that would be applied. When I got the invoice ant the end of the service the listed price for the oil change was 82.99. It's not a huge difference but was not what I was quoted.

Ever since we found this Midas location as an emergency, we would not go anywhere else. The first time, John, made sure he could take care of us late on a Friday afternoon - no appointment. He reviewed the pricing that had been offered and agreed there had been an error and corrected it immediately. We returned this week as we (thought) we were experiencing a problem with a tire purchased at Midas; they turned everything inside out to diagnose our situation. While there, i as due for annual inspection. They carried it out in less time than estimated and noticed we had a discount coming ! We are devoted Midas fans.

I was hat I would need brakes by the dealer but choose not to get the there because f the extremely high cost. Asked to put a pin back in glove box never gave a price and then said car done add 15.00. Went to pickup and it was not even fixed. They fixed it but had to wait another 15mins

We had an emergency double blow out on 95 and were fonally rbought to Midas in Philadelphia. They were wonderful and assured us if we needed any adjustment we could bring our car to the Midas near oour home in Langhorne. John was wonderful about fitting us in when he was busy and taking care of our car at no cost.
The only thing that bothered me about this is that I was only given a quote for the cost of the tires not the labor or tax...So I was upset that my quote didn't include labor and taxes. I came there expecting to pay a certain price and was informed that it was going to cost close to $100 more than what I was quoted.

Employees always treat me like family. They are always friendly and courteous. My options are always explained to me. The service is as explained. My car is ready for the road when promised. The employees always listen to what I am explaining to them about my car.
Don’t use deceptive practices to increase your profit.
I have relied on this Midas dealer for several years. they have always been honest, and have provided excellent service. I did not call for an appn't because my battery had died and it was an unexpected visit, but as always they were able to service my vehicle right away and were honest about the services I needed and the charges. Always pleased with them. I will return to them for my service as long as I am driving.

Service was fast and efficient. The mechanic and front desk person were for friendly and courteous.
My last appointment for a oil change I was told I needed back brakes and rotors. I don't mind paying for quality service but I think the hourly rate was too much for the break service so I went somewhere else and saved $350, this is why I didn't give many highly satisfied points.

How quickly my car was in and out I was expecting to spend at least an hour and a half to two hours and it only took him like 45 to 50 minutes which I thought was a great thing usually when you have a wheel alignment it takes sometimes like I said an hour and a half to two hours or longer so I was really happy that it didn’t take me that long
