I made an appointment, Tech told my husband he could not retrieve appointments on the computer b/c he could not work computer (Not that the computer wasn't working). He sent my husband away. I called the store and said that I emailed the confirmation to my husband & he will show them the confirmation and I require service that was scheduled and confirmed. He was not polite and was dismissive and complained about not having staff. I stated them my appointment should not have been confirmed. There has been some changes at the Lower Burrell location which has changed the dynamic at the store in a negative way. I did receive service but may need to find another location going forward.

Had an oil change the mechanic did not wipe the oil off of of the undercarriage and when I returned home the oil dripped all over my driveway ( Which was just sealed the day before ) and inside of my garage. The manager said he would relay the complaint to the mechanic but would not satisfy me.

I called to have my 2012 Audi Q5 serviced. I requested: oil change, tune up and new wiper blades. I made the appointment for 2 days after initial call. The day before service I called to receive prices for each service requested. I was told $79 for the wiper blades so I told the person to cancel the wiper blades but keep the other services. He said ok. I dropped the car off on Tuesday May 2nd at 6:00am. The drop off box was very simple and convenient. I called Midas at 3:30pm to see if my car was ready the person said that the tech was finishing up now and would call me right back. Well no response and finally at 6pm I called again and was told it was ready. I again asked the final cost and was not sure why it was so costly. When I got to the store the gentleman was very professional and friendly and said that 3 services were completed including the wipers. I explained that I called in prior to cancel that service. He was helpful and adjusted the bill.

I towed my vehicle to Lug Nutz in greensburg on Friday April 7th. They found the issue was a crack leaking oil and bad wheel alignment. They could not get it fixed until friday April 14th. I called midas and they said to bring the car in on Saturday to get looked at and they would probably not be able to get to it til Monday or Tuesday after the holiday. I brought the vehicle to them around 12:30 on Saturday and to my satisfaction they had the vehicle fixed by 3pm same day. The price was way lower and I loved that they had a veteran discount. Will be recommending and visiting for more vehicle maintenance in the future. Beyond my satisfaction, thank you!

I have been going to this Midas for almost all services on my car for the past 10 years. I have always been treated with courtesy. I have had all inspections, emmisions, oil change, new tires, new regulator, new catalytic converter and replacement of worn out dial for heating/air conditioning unit. I have never been disappointed. I am moving soon and will miss having such quality service for all of my car needs.

Well it's the closest midas to me and when I bought my truck they told me to get my oil changed at a place like so and not by myself just in case because I didn't own it yet. So this is where I came and it's cheaper than doing it myself so I kept coming back even though I own the truck now.

Communication. Was told I'd be called when my car was done but I was not. Waited for 3hrs with no call. Arrived at 545pm and it was like oh hey here's your car, nothing about a call forgotten.

I may have had a whole different experience, had I not specifically asked if my filter was on hand, or if I would be needing to wait. But, when I scheduled, I HAD ASKED! And I was told that my specific filter was on the shelf. I waited over an hour, just for the filter to be ordered and arrive. I was not expecting such a long wait because I was not expecting that I had been lied to. Had I been told honestly that I may need to wait, I could have planned accordingly.Previous management would not have been so callous.

I have been using Midas in Lower Burrell for the last 4 years. They are always friendly, timely and efficient with the care of my car. I love that they rotate the tires! I really won’t use anyone else for regular maintenance. And they don’t try to oversell which I trust. I scheduled an appointment for 3pm to get my tires rotated and an alignment done. I checked in at about 2:50pm and the gentleman took my car right back to get started with the work that I wanted done. I own and operate a contracting business and have 9 vehicles that I get serviced regularly. I recently moved to the area so I didn't take my Hummer H3 to my normal mechanic shop because it is located in Pittsburgh and I wanted to find a new shop close to my new house that could service my 9 vehicles regularly. It took the "mechanic" 63 minutes to take the tires off the front of my hummer and rotate them with the rear tires. I was there almost 2 hours for simple service. I have had my tires rotated many many times and I have never watched it take 1 guy over an hour to get it done. I could have personally done it faster with a floor jack and 4 way. I was just blown away with how long it took to rotate 4 tires when it normally should take about 20 minutes using a lift and air tools. I would have much rather drive the distance to my normal mechanic over 30 minutes way than to waste my time at that shop to get simple tasks completed.

Very unprofessional. I felt talked down to the entire time I interacted with your staff. Will tell everyone I know to never visit this location.
They did exactly what I went in for and no more and did a great job. It's much easier when an appointment is made for your vehicle.
They get you in and out and also let you know what's coming.

We have been using Midas for all or auto needs since we moved here in 2008. Even if it just an oil chage they check our vehicles over top to bottom and make sure they are safe and running to peak effenciency Wouldn't go anywhere else.
