I went to get oil change and tire rotation. They took me in right away but it still took 1 1/2 hours to get done. The young man working on my car didn’t know what he was doing but did the work unsupervised. When I finally got my car back I was missing a lug nut and one was damaged. They didn’t have any to replace it with and tried to tell me I was missing that when I got there which is a lie. So I had to go buy 2 lug nuts at my expense
The technician and manager needs to be honest while dealing with honest customers. The estimate was off base then what needed done. Two items were repaired last inspection and try to tell me it needs done again. They were under warranty and tried to charge me a partial amount for a new battery that had a two year warranty on it and which they replaced last year. They tried to charge me for new inner tire rods which was done last inspection. I don’t trust the Associates that work there. They are very dishonest to me. My sister had a bad experience in November of 2023 on her inspection and is going elsewhere from now on.

I scheduled my yearly inspection and dropped my vehicle on Sunday for 8:00 am appointment. Technician called what needed done, quoted a price and I accepted and technician called when car was complete. It was just a satisfactory experience for me. I didn’t spend too much time actually in store to give a better experience. It took five minutes to look over paperwork and complete transaction.

charging straight book rates is ridiculous on very simple procedures. also, when something extra needs to be done there should be a discount on the primary service. especially in my case they were not able to fully align my vehicle without they said an additional camber kit which they do not install at this location. so I had to pay for an alignment that did not take and then had to pay an extra $200 for sway bar links. that may or may not have been taken apart just so they could charge me for new links. I have no way of knowing by the time they showed it to me. it already been worked on for a while so they could have done anything with it. I definitely do not trust this location after the last two consecutive visits ended up in much higher charges than what I originally went in for

July 6, 2022 Brought my vehicle in for oil change vehicle and satisfy condition upon receiving my vehicle I notice scratches on the driver side next to the door handle Report it to the manager on duty he tells me to call the district manager Dale Kwisnes he stated he reviewed a tape and saw no wrong doing from his employees I ask have you the tape he says no scratches were not there when I brought the vehicle in but as I was sitting there watching the mechanic work on my vehicle I noticed he tried to open the door and he couldn’t so he reached in and started the vehicle that’s where I believe the scratches came from

The shop was as the person working explained “ very understaffed” The repair on my car took from when I dropped it off when the store opened and was not completed until 5 minutes before it closed. I had to call repeatedly for updates and an estimate
Mike was very friendly and very transparent. He communicated throughout the service as far as time, cost, etc.. He answered all my questions. I only got an inspection, and just because i really don't know or remember what all that entrails in the state of PA, I just thought 1 to 2 hours was a long time. But this could very well be average. I went for Pa. state inspection. The car failed due to a rusty rear impact bar. I don't think many places would have checked that. Also, the estimated cost to replace it was way too high. I had the work done at another place for much less. Then I scheduled an appointment to have it reinspected and to get the sticker. I got there ahead of time, but didn't get out of there until an hour and 15 min. after the appointment time. It only takes a minute to see that the work is done and a little bit longer to finish paperwork and apply the sticker.
Mike, the manager, was extremely detailed in his explanations of the issues with my vehicles and the options I had to address them. He was very helpful and did not pressure me, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood what was being done and why.
