The facility appeared to be understaffed. The check-in process took a very long time because originally there was nobody at the service desk, and then the employee who came to the desk had to field many phone calls during my check-in process. I think he did an ok job given the circumstances, but it seems that Midas needs to resolve the staffing problems at this locations, perhaps by paying employees more!

To improve, your staff must really listen to their customer's car problems and the reason for them coming to their repair shop.The staff needs to try to fix the customer's initial car problem first instead of trying to sell them items that do not solve the problem that they came in for. If they can not fix that problem then they need to be honest with the customer. Being honest goes a lot further than the customer feeling deceived by the staff and paying for items and services that could have waited.

Ryan was great with chucking me in and communicating during my oil change. The mechanic that worked on my car was very good at letting me know if he found any issues while changing my oil. The wait time was short.
I thought Charles was a friendly manager and was upfront and honest about the pricing for an emissions test. He made it easy to get the emissions test because I needed to get this done for registration renewal in another state.

I was told my battery light was on because my battery was low. I brought a new battery and my car died the next day due to alternator problems that they didn't diagnose.
The estimate over stated the work needed to repair vehicle. The estimate priced three hoses to be replaced when only one required replacement.

My decision to have my prior oil changed by another shop in March 2022 led to a refusal on the part of Midas to do the service after YEARS as a customer.
I had a Tune-up check to see what condition my car was in. they recommended services with a price. When I went to get the Service recommended (3-4 later) With the estimate print out in hand, they put it into the computer and it was almost 200 dollars higher. when I mentioned it to the employee they checked and brought it down to close to what I believe it mshould have been (within 30-40 dollars) but they price quoted should have been what was originally given to me.
Every time I come to this Midas it costs me hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars. I just want to come in there one time and they don't find was to make money on my car. I can never come in there and be an hour or two. it always four to five hours with or without an appointment.
I received a coupon the next day after my vehicle was repaired for brake service. Ask customer for a secondary phone number. I should have gotten some kind of discount seeing I always get my oil changed and vehicle repair at the same location.
They always get work done. The workers are experienced and know what they are doing

They were ok. I felt they first tried to turn me away for a oil change because my miles didn't match up. I explained that I don't drive as much so my mileage wouldn't match up but my 3 months is due. They then tried to fight me with that because my oil light wasn't coming on which is was for a week. So they then decided to check the dip stick. I guess it was time. Now I asked if they seen anything the said no. After I get my oil change they tell me my oil pan leaking. ...smh

I brought in a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not do tire rotation. After telling them this was part of coupon they did not comply.
I brought my car in because of a grinding noise when I accelerated. Midas told me I needed new rotors and a dust shield. The problem was I needed a new transfer case!!! There is NO WAY they could have driven the car (as they said) and not known the problem was not with the wheels. I'm not a mechanic and I knew they answer was BS when then told me.
