I did an oil change. It was quick. I also had some plastic on the bottom of the car that had fallen off and I had taped. I asked for help with it. They attached it using clips at no cost.

They were fast and good at what they did with my 2018 Nissan Sentra. I highly recommend this place.

It's wasn't a bad visit but 2 hrs for an inspection is ridiculous. Unmount tires as soon as it get in the shop. Need to find a more efficient process for inspections.

The location installed windshield wipers. During a downpour on a highway 1 day after getting them installed, the driver side wiper flew off and my windshield is now scratched. They were not installed correctly or they were the wrong size for the vehicle.

The prices can seem a bit high when comparing the price of the part(s) needed and the labor; which can be almost 2x higher. I do appreciate most everything else from this location and the employees.

Sergio got me in and out fast because I was on a time constraint. I was in service and had the faults that they found with my vehicle explained to me. I had just bought this car not to long ago and a part that was replaced was defective. I will be contacting the dealer to get this resolved.

It was a super good service. My car wasn’t done in time. Bro has got me an Uber to get home safely.!! I will respect them forever for that.. something they didn’t have to do.. the next morning my car was ready be on the road.. as I was waiting for my car, they gave me food. Something else they didn’t have to do. Rojas and Sergio was meant to work together. Them to was unstoppable. Thanks Midas!!!!

The friendliness of Rojas and the other staff members was awesome. They were up front with everything they were doing and didn't make me feel like I "needed" to purchase what they suggested I should have done to my jeep. They inspected my jeep and suggested I get the air cabin filter replaced but explained to me i didn't need it to pass inspection. I said to replace it, they had to get it from the warehouse which only took 15 minutes. They plugged a slow leak in one of my tires also. I was there a little over an hour, reasonable price also for everything. Great experience at this particular Midas. I will definitely use them again for service.

Both the manager and assistant manager were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager took the time to fully explain the issues with my car and why I needed to replace certain parts. Everyone I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about their customers. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car mechanic.

I called Midas to inquire about brake services. I had the pleasure of talking to Rojas, who was so friendly. He told me he had an open bay and I could come in right then. I did and it was a smooth check in. I waited 30 to 40 minutes and we were done.

It costs almost 1 thousand dollars for my service, if I wasn't selling my vehicle I would of went somewhere else

Mr Rojas was honest, dependable, professional and above all was sympathetic to an extremely stressful incident. If cloning were possible you need a person like Mr Rojas at all your locations!!!!!!

I had been to Pep Boys, Monroe, and Jiffy Lube to try to get an oil changed. They couldn't either service my vehicle or they pushed back my appointment. Came to this location, told them the situation. The technician, Rojas, stepped in, made sure I got an appointment, and followed through with me until my oil change was done. Great service.

My appointment was on time they got right to work, and they brakes are lifetime just pay for labor when I need new brakes

The staff was available at all times although they were dealing with an air conditioner problem. They were curtious and had a great attitude towards their customers. I will go to Midas for my inspection too.

Friendly staff and the really take time to checkout your vehicle to pinpoint where the problem is and tell you what the problem is and what services needs to be performed.

I came in April 23 with squeaky brakes and and acceleration hum. $3,800 later, it was supposedly fixed. I had to come back in May 23 for the same squeaky brakes issue. Came back again 3 weeks later in June. I’m never coming back because the same day after I picked the car up, the brakes were squeaking so loud it was unbearable. Took it to another mechanic, and passed d $350, issue us fixed and he said I got fleeced for bear $4,000. FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. Never again.

Extremely helpful & courteous staff, Sergio at explaining a vehicle problem/concern. And Rojas with vehicle check-in/out & friendly demeanor with all of the customers in between. Was extremely satisfied. Two weeks prior I tried to make an appointment online for a state inspection at Mavis on Aramingo, only to arrive there & be told its a glitch & they can no longer do inspections there. Tried the following weekend with an appointment at PepBoys Aramingo, waited 2.5 hours & they didn't even look at the car, & the waiting area was filthy, and nearly no seating.Was very impressed with the Midas shop at Castor & will certainly be returning for additional vehicle needs. Great staff, prices reasonable, they are on-point in valuing customers personal time & service work estimates. Great team employed there all around. Only problem is the facility & parking lot is a little small. I'd recommend to corporate to buy the Mavis facility across the road, and expand the Midas operation.

The service was completed quickly and satisfactory. The personnel were helpful and friendly. I was informed of a delay when I arrived. The delay wasn't as long as anticipated.

The staff was very respectful. The price of quotes and the things mentioned that were "wrong" with my vehicle were very high and the labor was extremely high. $200 to change front brakes: just the labor. And another $200 to change the back brakes. Just in labor. So $400 before parts and taxes. No thank you.

This location was very knowledgeable and that's extremely helpful to a person like me who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Although price was extremely high for my budget they offered me chance for financing which was not ideal but helpful ...very helpful in my situation. They were even nice enought to give me a list of things that I couldn't afford to get fixed - non emergent, and the pricing so that I can adjust my budget in near future for services. Most of all they got me out before the estimated timeframe so that I could make it to work sooner even though they added on services that were more time consuming than an oil change! Thank you now my family and I can drive much safer. Again...thank you

Prices seemed very high for services. Example rear. Brakes. Quote was $100 over neighboring service companies.

It took me three different Midas to be able to get my alignment, but it was still all handled so well. I got my balance and oil change at one, but then was sent to another for an alignment. When I got to the second location, their machine was down so I was sent to a third. When he saw how rough of a day I was having, Mike Reynolds went above and beyond to fill me with confidence about the stop a his shop. Handled everything well, put a little extra effort into both the work and the customer service. Made a connection with me on a personal level and even popped on a documentary for me while I waited in the lobby. Between all three shops, everyone was great and I am now a Midas person for sure.

The staff was able to diagnose and fix a problem that was caused by a faulty repair by another provider. They told me what needed to be done to make it right. A good repair is always worth a little more money.

Professional & timely. I would recommend mechanics use plastic floor covers as to not track liquids and scents into someones car that can remain trapped in the carpet.
