Price and time I waited were both above my expectations
I clicked the wrong button. I meant to click somewhat satisfied because the tires were rotated and I asked if he reset the Tire Pressure Monitor and he said he would check it. When he came back, I asked again and he said he checked it and it was okay because it was reading every tire. After I left, I determined it was reading every tire but now the reading for the front tires was actually showing up for the back tires and vice-versa. Obviously the gentleman did not understand that even if only rotating tires, the Tire Pressure monitor needs to be rest.
Our car's inspection was completed at our dealer. However, the dealer explained we needed an AC compressor, and that the part would take 5-7 days to arrive. I contacted Midas, and not only were they able to fit us in the next day, the value was so much greater than what we would have paid had we proceeded with our dealer. The kindness was a great factor too with the overall experience.
My appointment was at 11 am and I was out by 1130am. I always go to this location for my services.
