I was told I would get a text when my car was done. When I received the text, I returned to the store only to be told my car wasn't quite ready. I sat there for 15 or so minutes. I looked outside and saw my car outside again but nobody told me my car was finished and I could pay and leave.

The cost I was quoted for repairs was almost $1,000 more than at the multiple other shops that I called for quotes for the same exact work.Upon receiving a second opinion I was informed that some of the things Midas said I needed repaired were not damaged and did not need repaired. Then, when I had my vehicle looked at, at another shop after getting a diagnostic at Midas, they said there were components missing from my transmission which is the area of the engine that Midas diagnosed.When I called to speak to the manager to receive a refund for my diagnostic fee based on these issues, he was rude and informed me that he did not know what the standard protocol for a transmission diagnostic even was and refused to issue a refund.
Tyler and Anthony were very helpful and order the special filter for my KIA so that I wouldn't have to wait.
Service and personnel were pleasant, easy to work with and acommadating. My husband and I have used this particular location for many years and have been very pleased. There are other places that are cheaper, but we have come to rely on the service given here.
The employee was polite and quick to help me. I asked to move my appointment ahead to get in early and they accommodated me with ease. I dropped off my vehicle and it was ready to pick up with no issue not long after. Easy in and out.

Compared to my experience over the years with my car dealer (difficult scheduling, expensive) and Jiffy Lube (rude staff, always selling additional services) this weas a joy! I was told it would take an hour and half to complete our inspection. I had my 2 kids with me. We left and came back a little over an hour later. No one acknowledged that we were back. We saw our van w the hood up so we waited. After waiting in the lobby about 45 min, I finally asked someone how much longer it would be. I was told 20 min, the tech didn't know we were waiting so he was not in a hurry.....My kids were tired of waiting and I was very frustrated with that information.

It was extremely quick and really worked well with my schedule to get my state inspection done. Scheduling the appointment was easy and when I spoke on the phone I was informed how long until my car was finished as well as anything else they needed to fix on the cat.
I asked the attendee to check the air in my tires because the tire light was on. When I went to check out I asked again and he said your tires are fine but when I started the car, the tire light was still on.

I brought my vehicle in for the standard "move to PA" required inspection. The posted cost at the Midas desk was $69.95. A third party site stated that it should have cost under $40. More was "inspected" than required by the state and the visit cost $110. In addition, a simple inspection took over 3 hours of my waiting. But once they have our vehicle, we are at their mercy. Which ends up being mercenary.

This Midas got me in for an inspection which could just be my lucky day. But looking back, they did my last inspection too. They were awesome. Everyone makes our an inspection to be an all day event. Not very Customer friendly, They dont seem to care much about customer service, Mostly rude and unresponsive.Even after telling them multiple times a bulb light was on in the dash board, the technician could not see it, and there it was, still un-corrected at the time of delivery. Then when confronted the guy at delivery, he told me only dealer can fix this as it was a system problem. Eventually it was just a fused tail light bulb as per the dealer.
