I told the service guy I had a coupon. I showed him my phone showing the $20.00 off coupon for a full synthetic oil change. He said he had it, but he never applied the $20.00 discount on my service. I was distracted because he was telling me I should get a tune-up on my next oil change. After all, I was getting close to 100,000-mile service.I went to class, and upon putting away the paperwork, I noticed there was no discount.
My car broke down a block away from the shop. Milton sent over an associate who was able to jump my car so I could drive it to the shop instead of waiting 3hrs for a tow. Milton and the other staff have always been super helpful, gracious, and understanding whenever I arrive and have issues which is why I keep coming back. Thank you Milton
Find a way to make the customer trust the mechanics again. It's no way I drop my car off with four of the same tires and come back and one tire is barely passing inspection. I know companies need to make money but if I bring my car in for inspection only sell me the thi gs to pass inspection or real saftey issues. The new crew here is a total scam

It appears that women are not valued at this facility. I called to schedule the drop off of MY car and left MY contact information. We have been to this facility before so they also had my husbands information on file. He insisted on calling my husband with information even after I told him to contact me that it is my vehicle and my decision. I took out the Midas credit card in MY name and should have been treated like a person whose business they would value. Instead I felt like because I was a woman they didn't think I was important
Coupon was not honored I tried to show coupon b4 service was rendered he wanted to wait then told me it can’t be used for Nissans I asked for him to show me that he could not .. We were about to travel to Virginia later that evening when I noticed the car inspection had expired. It's not the care I usually drive). I called Jeff and explained the situation nd he got us in and got the inspection done. Not many places would have cared. We take all 4 of our cars there and have always been treated well. Well there was an add for oil change rotate tires and check belts on line I examined it when making appointment The person said ok .when I brought my car I explained I've just purchased it 7 months ago and had a free oil change etc.in my contract he said we don't acknowledge that I said fine but I would still like the advertisement and I'll continue to bring my car back .be a use I don't want to deal with different mechanics .so I was giving just an oil change for 34.94 instead of 24.95.makes me wonder if the communication not effective.

made an appointment for a 10am service. arrived at 10am. told that the worker that would perform the oil change was not there. another workers was coming in at 1pm. had to drive home, rearrange my entire day to go back to Midas around 3:30pm to get the oil change completed.
