I called because I was leaving for vacation and my brake pad light came on. There were no open appointments but I was told to drive down and they took me in right away. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. While checking my brake pads Dan noticed that my sensors had been broken, my pads were fine. So I will be going back after vacation for him to replace the sensors. I would highly recommend this Midas store to anyone. The mechanic was so knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. The receptionist was wonderful and made sure that my needs were met as soon as I arrived. It is rare to find this kind of dedication, kindness, and expertise these days. I am thankful I found them!!

Well I had a coupon but was for the Midas up the street. Sales associate said she would honor but I feel like the service which was posted in the window for 119 w/coupons should have been 99. There were labor charges added to my bill and the 20 dollars was taken off but brought the total to 119 plus fees.

I called in to make an appt and asked about pricing, which I was told was $80 for an oil change and there was a promotion for $20 off the service, which they said they would note with the appt. I gave them my car information (yr, make, model) and scheduled the appt. When I came in for the appt, it smelled like straight cigarettes. I also had to wait in there 1.5 hours. When the car was completed, I was then told the price was $80. I asked about the $20 off and was told it included it, I asked why the price was the same then and they mentioned there was some sort of 'specialty filter' that my car needed and they needed to get it. They charged me $15 for this plus an additional $7 'shop fee' change (whatever that was). This was never communicated to me prior to or during the appt.My car also does not have a 'specialty filter.' I would know as I previously bought and performed an oil change on it before. It sounds like I was charged for them not having items in stock, although that's not my fault, given I made an appt in the first place. It also makes no sense that there are signs on the counter that state the oil change is $53.99, not $80. If I knew this, I wouldn't have scheduled.

Take accountability for the mistakes that your employees make. While I was there I was told my lug nuts would but come lose. When I got home I discovered they had rounded over all the lug nuts on the front passenger tire, when I called they said it was like that when I arrived. But that’s not what they told me while I was sitting there.

I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation. I received a call explaining that one of my struts was blow out in the front. Because I always use Midas and had them replaced previously, the struts were covered and I would just pay for labor. I was surprised to find out that the labor was over $570. It just feels like the price was higher as the cost of the part could not be marked up. Seems excessive.

On previous visits to Midas, I was a walk in. I felt like I had waited a reasonable amount of time considering that. This time I called ahead for an appointment. I asked for 8:00 AM. When I arrived at eight, I was told they had the appointment down for 8:30. They also hadn't asked me if I was waiting or leaving the vehicle. I had planned to wait so because of this my wait time was longer than anticipated. I am a caregiver for my husband, so I need to come early before he wakes up. So this was somewhat of an inconvenience for me and for him. However, the work was completed quickly and satisfactorily.

I was not informed by either the service writer or the so called ( manager) Dan that I was being charged labor, and gaskets for a repair was warranty related, it was no fault of the owner of the vehicle to have repairs done to the fault of defective product, the labor expenses should be not the fault of the owner of the vehicle. The manufacturer of the defective product should carry the responsibility of the defective product, not the owner of the vehicle!! $235.00 I should not have been responsible for!!

Oil change done. Car now dead in driveway due to the catalytic converter. Ive never been to your place before and will not be returning. I drove it less than 10miles since the oil change. I scheduled online for the coupon discount which was not applied to my bill. Location was incorrect online and the receptionist was not friendly. The location is in disary and outdoor seating is broken. I do not trust this location at all.
I had an inspection, was called about all issues with my car (even things not required to pass inspection) and given the option of fixing everything, fully fixing only inspection items, and option of just doing enough modification to pass inspection. I appreciated the options and honesty.
The entire staff at the Quakertown location is fantastic. I won't take my fleet van anywhere else because of the quick turnaround they get my van back to me when I bring it in for maintenance and repairs

Besides checking in not a word was said to me. They didnt update about my car being inspected. The mechanic didn't even come tell me my car passed inspection. I wasn't given any information about what they checked during the inspection nor told what was good, bad, or indifferent with my car. All I was told is when my car was ready and how much the bill was for the inspection.

My exhaust weld broke coming out of my resonator on my 2012 Cadillac CTS4 and Dan Stoudt (service manager) got my car in quick and got it fixed quickly and very reasonably. They even fixed another cracked section of my exhaust at no charge. Never had work
