The associate at the front desk knew who I was when I came in, asked clarifying questions, and recommended that I get my tires rotated based on the last time I had my vehicle in. Then, once the service on my vehicle was complete, the other associate came in and provided a fantastic and friendly explanation of what they had done and when I should plan to bring my vehicle in next.

The workers took great care to make sure my car was serviced timely and completely, and had it ready well before I needed it finished.
It took two days for them to service my vehicle. After service, I picked up my vehicle and drove to Tennessee. Both rear tires came off. I was lucky enough to stop before they completely fell off. The nuts were not tightened. I was lucky to hear the noise and pull over before my family was injured or worse killed. Midas is lucky only because I have been trained to feel the road while in the Marine corps and also feel my vehicle and the changes when driving. I will be forwarding this to corporate. I don't expect a refund for the parts. I do expect a refund for all labor. I will be following up. I have lost a few nights sleep because I didn't know how to communicate this. My wife had to stop me from going down to the shop once back in town. I would have ripped that place apart. Say thank you to my wife.

This Midas location is always the best at everything they do. Their employee turnover is high but I'm not sure how that compares to the industry and other town shops. I had mistakenly tried to change the oil myself and had purchased oil and a filter. Midas graciously agreed to use them and not require I use their own, saving me money.

They were able to get our car in right away to fix an issue that popped up. They called and explained the issue and the estimate clearly, and fixed it day of. Everyone was friendly, it was super efficient, and I feel like the cost was fair.
I came in Monday morning because my car had started to make concerning noises over the weekend. I was told they would be able to get my car looked first thing. I left to have breakfast nearby. I received a call from the technician about 45 minutes later. He let me know what the problem was and that he could have the part in an hour or 2 and would get as much done as he could while he waited for the part. He told me the cost, breaking down the parts and labor. It was quite reasonable for what they would have to do including replacing the brake pads. Those were under warranty. About a half hour before he said the car would probable be ready, I went back to Midas and had barely sat down before I saw them lowering my car. The tech brought in the keys and told me it was good to go. I was so happy that they took care of my car so quickly, I just drove over fully intending to leave it there for a couple days if need be, but they not only took care of it right away, I was able to drive home before lunch. So, so happy.
Anything I don't do myself I take to Midas.

I've been coming here to service my vehicles for years. Always satisfied with service and price.
An appointment online, I had to call the office to confirm that the appointment was set because I got no confirmation for a phone call or from an email. I made an appointment for 10 o’clock. My husband and I drove two cars 40 minutes one way so that we could run errands while the car was being worked on. Upon our return to the Midas shop 3.5 hours later the car had never been touched. Given the price of gas and time, It was a huge inconvenience. We did take the car back on the following Monday where we were given a $20 credit per my persuasion.

State College Midas always treats me well and services my vehicles with professionalism and efficiency! They were able to get my truck in a little early, so I was able to get home earlier. I wish the chairs in the waiting area were a little more comfortable though.

I was in a bind when my 2016 trucks starter went out late on a Friday. Just try to find some place that can help you out rolling into a weekend... I'm grateful that Midas does have weekend work hours, because otherwise I would have been stuck until Monday. I was planning to leave town to return home the evening that my truck broke down, so fortunately Midas was able to get me on my way the following day fairly quickly. I am pleased with the service and the quick turnaround.
