Finding a good, honest mechanic is tough. So, when you find one, stick with them! I have had some level of dissatisfaction at one point in time with your company, but they owned up to my problem, but still was not able to replace my item, but i still kept coming back. Overall, you are a good company and I will always bring my car back here for all my service needs.
I came in with a flat tire. The associate explained that the tire had been punctured. They patched the tire and had me on my way quickly.
Fix the machine so that customers can continue to get tire rotation included in oil change. It has been broken for over a month and employee didn’t know when it would be repaired. Employees should also tell customers when scheduling oil change that tire rotation not possible.
I brought my car in for an oil change, I received a call stating my vehicle was ready, I picked up my car and drove 3 blocks and my car stalled and wouldn’t turn over I have not had a problem with my car prior to this service I called to store explained the situation and the representative says “look I don’t know what you want me to do” you need to get the car towed here I don’t know what’s wrong with your car. My father picks me up the car gets towed upon arrival the conversation between the rep and my father was well we told her some thing was wrong with her battery. FYI my battery is brand new and my car was still getting power. Nevertheless I was never told there was problem with my battery and the reps reason was he was busy and didn’t look at the paperwork the “mechanics” gave him. These same mechanics that called me while they were trying “fix” my car where the battery was so how did we diagnose that my battery was bad when you couldn’t find it to begin with?
We came in on a Tuesday evening and let them know about some funny sounds. By Wednesday AM Joe was on my line with a full explanation of what what wrong, how to fix it and pricing. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the payment options and helped me set a plan up. I was able to pick up my vehicle that afternoon. 24 hrs and done. Excellent, fast service!!!
Had my car since 930am didn't call me about my car so I came in at 3pm and then was told they couldn't put freeion.in my car I could have taken it somewhere else with all the time my car sat there
They knew exactly how to fix it exactly how long it would take they didn't have a problem. Their work was excellent. The price was perfect. I have been to this service facility many times over the decade. They always do good work they've been working on my cars for as long as I can remember at this location. I probably outlived a lot of the guys at work there. Fine service very quick they just did it right the first time. I have recommended the service organization many times if you need work on your exhaust you should only go to Midas. After all Midas has know mufflers and exhaust.
Don't tell people that they need work done and it's not legit, I was told that I need brakes and rotors and I don't .

I ask for a personal explanation for a problem concerning my car. A machinic came to take to me about it and gave me his position on the problem. It was a good exchange of information concerning the matter at hand. One of them coming out to explain to me my concerns was a big thing for me. he was not rushing but wanted to understand. However, I did not agree with the final conclusion.

I got my oil change during the $17.76 oil change special for up to 5 quarts of oil. My car needs 6 quarts of oil. I was charged $7.99 for one additional quart. With taxes and fees it came to roughly $32.00. That price is high.

Midas are liars they did not rotate my tires they changed my oil and charged me an extreme amount of money for a diagnostic test which a auto mechanic down the street did for free. I got a lifetime warranty on my brakes in January 2018 its june 2019 and they keep telling me the brakes are great the refuse to change them on their dollar. Midas is just a ripoff.

Said an hour and a half, it took 4 1/2. Several times asked for an update and was told almost done twice and less than 5 minutes another time. They had to reseat the filter gasket. They check the tire pressure and took it down to 36 when the truck is 50 front/60 rear. I told them this and to look in the front door and he said they did when obviously they did not because they say 50/60. How many trucks have they lowered the pressure on?? I lost a whole afternoon to these jokers. COMMUNICATION!!!
