Customer Service and the car service excellent
Ive been there before and it was the same gentleman that assisted me as before. Very nice man. I was a service writer for car dealerships in the past. I like the service that I received.
I went in for an oil change on 4/5 and I asked them to do a tire rotation, at that time I got an excuse saying the associates back hurts so I went back in again on 4/11 and I got the same excuse. The front desk person told me I didn’t need to get a tire rotated, when it’s highly recommended to get tires rotated with your oils change by the industry. Seems like they didn’t want to do the service paid for. You’ve lost me as a customer. I have been taking both o f my cars there for the past 4 years.
Associate was does not understand logistics. Needed flex pipe replaced, associate wanted to replace my catalytic converter. Because it was on the same portion of pipe. No, you cut the pipe and install the new flex pipe and weld in properly! It's only on the same portion of pipe because that how magnaflow ships the pipe into equal sections. If the exhaust was shipped from magnaflow in a 20 foot box and complete from front to back, and I needed muffler. Would I be told I needed a entire new system? I even ask a local cop and they said to replace the flex pipe would be perfectly fine and nothing they would be concerned about as long as the met emissions standards and did not leak. I'm sorry, but that portion is bolt on. Only 4 volts! What I needed was someone that welds stainless exhaust. I don't need a professional exhaust shop to bolt on a section of exhaust, I can do that myself. Which, i ordered a new section at $345 and as per usual, I will do that myself too. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. The members where polite, however. I can see the place is not capable and I will not be returning for service because it lacks skill and quality.

I paid for tire rotation service never received service and checked all opponents for safety and tire pressure light was on. Unacceptable service. You pay for a service and you didn't receive.
The services were very reasonably priced, the amount of time I had to wait for my vehicle was quick and the employees at this location were sociable and informative.
I’ve been bringing my cars here for almost three years. Never had an issue with anything. This time my daughter’s car broke down and had to be towed. They took it in right away and with preliminary diagnostics started ordering parts even though they were closing in an hour. The next day all of the repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Went for an oil change and waited 45 minutes. Upon finishing was told I needed other repairs at the cost of 1700.00. I said no thanks. An hour later I was headed to work and heard a loud clanging sound under my hood. Pulled over and saw something hanging that wasn’t put back after service. It took me an hour to drive back to Midas to have them put it back. I ended up missing a day of work due to this problem.

My 17yr old daughter took 2012 CRV into get oil change. Handed coupon for regular oil change at $24.99, not only did they try to upcharge her for other items NOT needed, but put in synthetic oil at a cost of $73 without communicating this change at all. My daughter makes $10 an hour at her job so the difference of $50 is hard hitting. Also for this to be her first car and doing things on her own and was burned. I check the manual and the car dealership and NOWHERE does it state synthetic is to be used, called your company back and was given the runaround. THANKS for taking advantage of a 17 year old girl. I will never use your company again and will be sure to let everyone I know about this !! OUTRAGEOUS !!
