The employees I worked with were willing to show me and explain in high detail on what was going on, what they fixed, as well as how to proceed with a possible issue they saw. I was very happy with the service and will be coming back anytime I need work done as the employees, workers and company is very good at what they do.
I walked in with an exhaust system problem where the exhaust pipe upstream of the resonator snapped causing the resonator to hang down. The mechanic welded the pipe while I waited and completed the repair. The price of $70 was calculated after the repair was made. I was very pleased that they took in car in right away and made the repair. I could not get a clear understanding of just how long the repair might last.

Communication between employees
I waited 5 hours the first day and they call and said it would be done at 3:00 pm the next day and then me to say they close at 4:00 pm. I showed up and it still was not done and paid over $2,000.00 and the vehicle is still in the shop and not done! I am seriously disappointed because I never had a problem. This is my daughter car and now I had to give her one of mine because her vehicle is in the shop and still not repaired!

i got new rotors and brake pads. they screeched. came back after two weeks and front brakes were replaced and so far no squeaks! not great coming back a second time, but the service by the store manager was excellent. have brought the car in 3 times for the slow leak. still not 100%, but sealing the tire has helped somewhat. people and ease of check-in are both very good, so I will come back for future service.

i had a coupon for a (not a full) synthetic oil change for $29.99. i showed it to him. when i picked up my car, the bill was much higher than i expected. he did a FULL synthetic oil change and took a little off the list price. i was not happy, but i paid and left. they finished the jobs quickly and all went well. a tire rotation was included in the oil change. i am not sure if they actually did it. my wheel locks were still in the glove compartment. the front desk guy was nice, but i didn't like the upcharge. it is a better oil change, so it's not entirely bad.
It is hard to claim to be highly satisfied when the customer makes appointment for specific services with an expected financial cost, to find out there is an unexpected problem with the vehicle that needs immediate attention, not to the fault of midas employees.
Dealt with Anthony for the most part. Even though I made appt. for inspection, the night before the AC stopped working. Explained it to him and he was able to have it worked on while I was there.
It’s important to be straightforward with how long a vehicle will be worked on especially when an appointment was made for the service.

The owner Gio of Midas West Chester always gives me quick and honest service. I use this location for my inspection services as well as if repairs are needed. He is transparent about service and prices. Also let’s me know when to expect routine maintenance repairs. I drive about 40 minutes just to use this location because I trust Gio and his service.

After the oil change, I was told that my rear shocks were leaking. My cousin has his own shop, I took the car to him today and he checked my car out. My rear shocks aren't leaking, so I'd like to know why they were going to charge me $550 for a service that wasn't actually needed. I won't be coming back or recommending this location.

They were able to fit me in for the oil change to meet my schedule requirements. I felt that the price was fair and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The only improvement could have been the duration of the oil change, 15 min faster would have been great.
I scheduled an inspection. Upon evaluation of the car. They explained that it would pass, but recommended a replacement of the rear shocks and explained why. I also thought the ac/heater wasn't working. They checked it out and said they didn't find a problem. I appreciated the honesty.

Over the past couple of services, my husband & I have had the sense that Midas has been finding unneccessary fixes for our cars. This time around, my car passed inspection, however the associate said my gasket was leaking & would need to be replaced the following week once they received the part. I found it very odd that it passed inspection with the leaking gaskit. They then said "oh, well its a very very very slow leak." Not knowing much, we had this serviced. At checkout, I asked to apply a coupon & thought they did but it wasn't factored into my payment (this is partly my fault for not checking then). Overall, my trust for Midas is gone & won't be returning.

The new guy is terrible! He recommended over $800 unnecessary services when I went there for an oil change. Heres the list: Coolant flush(I just did it a couple of month ago), brake pads and rotors(he told me mine can only last 5 to 10 miles. Ive already had over 200 miles without any problem since he said that), brake fluid flush, spark plugs, fuel induction system service. And it seems he didnt want to talk to me when I went to pick up my car as I refused all of the services he recommended. It used to be a nice place to do inspection and oil change. Not anymore with the new guy there!
