Car wheels have locking nuts. Tech removed master socket from owners trunk, failed to place back in car. Discovered 2 days later. Had to return to store and have tech hunt for the missing socket. Found in the store tool area. If I or my wife had a flat tire or needed to change tires couldn't have happened as tech did not return the socket to the vehicle. I had to drive back to the store 12 miles away.Had a slow leak in one tire, tech placed an inside the tire patch but didn't rebalance the wheel. Had vibration on steering wheel when driving as the tire had not been balanced. No attention to details by this tech.

They knew my car because I have used their services for years. I trust them to do what is needed and never slip in more than is needed. They call and tell me if new something was found. They give me a choice to do it now or later if it can wait. They tell me what to watch out for in the coming months.

I had called a closer Midas and got a very "round" number when I ask about cost for rotors and front brake pads ($450 plus tax for all cars is what he said). I went in for an oil change and was told I needed some brake work. The staff clearly explained what was wrong and what the pricing was, and they got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Of all the places I've been to, Midas is the only one who bothered to check my air cabin filter, which was very dirty and moldy by then, after being missed by so many other places. I really trust that I'm getting a fair value and a thorough job at Midas.

I was able to quickly and easily make an appointment online. Our issue was at least needing new brake pads but we figured it was a much larger problem.
