I trust Midas with my car. They are always very good to me. They are also very friendly and curious.

I am in process of dealing with what happened during this visit. Came for an oil change & my engine was destroyed causing me to have to take car elsewhere for repair AFTER MIDAS people checked what they had done & stated that they could not fix it. Paid $407.00 to repair what the Midas guys destroyed. Consumer relations has been sent my costs & I am waiting for reimbursement. I should not be waiting & you should not want me telling anyone about this experience (other than you.) Because of the engine destruction, I also had to pay for a car & driver to pick up my granddaughter at EWR (previous commitment) before I was able to have the engine repaired. There's more but this is enough.

When someone makes an appointment, don’t call me half way through the day to tell me that we won’t be done by the end of the business day when I made the appointment and dropped it off at the time you opened. Don’t tell me your air compressor isn’t working. This is the second time I made an appointment and had the same experience of having to reschedule. No more.

Love the easypay options with financial aid available, vehicle expenses can be unpredictable at any time and coming up with a lot of money quick is not easy sometimes

The manager is the most knowledgeable and relational guy I’ve ever worked with. He makes me feel like a friend rather than just another customer. It has always helped build trust with this shop. Even when I get a simple oil change he helps answer questions that I have about my car.

Glad to have a muffler shop in the area that still does custom work. Even if I don't always need it, I know that even if an off-the-shelf product will not work or is too expensive or unavailable, they will always get me up and running. That confidence in their ability and expertise is the reason I drive 30 minutes past numerous other muffler/brake specialists to go to this location.
